Ht. 5'9", Wt. 196 - Well Hey there.. My name is Li im from south Louisiana. I'm a very happy person and I try to stay active but Im a teenager and you know how lazy we are at times. I am in preseason softball conditioning right now and my question for yall is should I be exercising more when i get home after practice. Our practice consists of warming up, sliding, few drills, and ends with running. Ive lost a few lbs since practice started and i want to lose more. I wanna be pretty for prom lol which is in april is that enough time to lose a few lbs!!! i think it is but im not sure lol. I was never good at this weight loss stuff. I'd love if yall could give me some advice on helping lose weight and like a few good diet meals.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 158 - ok so I gained 3 lbs back during the holiday, but I wasn't too upset b/c i told myself that i can burn it off. However, my family basically my aunts and cousins pointed out that I was overweight and told my mom i seriously need to lose weight or i'll never get a boyfriend!! Now my mom is making me sign up at this new gym. I'm not really sure i want to got to a gym, I have workout videos at home and I diet. But not only does my mom want me to go to the gym,, now she wants me to go on this crazy diet because of what my aunts said. What can I do to tell her I am pacing myself and losing weight my own way without her getting upset? Any advice would be great

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hi everyone....do you by any chance remember me? I remember people like Izzy, Teresa...and others but their names I can't remember right now, those are the only two I can remember at the moment. I used to come here all the time but I haven't been here for like a year and the last time I was here I was 159 lbs. As you can see I've hit a big plateu and my weight hasn't moved. I'm just so stressed with school that I don't feel like working out and I think I'm getting sick. Since yesterday my nose has been stuffed, tonsils are big and my whole face and head feels congested. I hate this feeling :( I hope you all had better luck and lost a lot of weight while I was gone.

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 139 - Hey guys! u all have been doing well and the holidays have been hard with keeping up but tomoro i will be back on track. I am going to the gym in a bit to work out for an hour. i do eliptical and weights and crunches and stuff. Im good with eating at home but in school i get an hour to go out on main street to eat food which has lots of restuarants like dunkin donuts, mcdonalds, burger king, and white hen pantry. I guess i could bring my own lunch but it is so hard to not crave things like burger king when they are around me. But i just need some motivation. Since i just started i dont tihnk i could lose 14 pounds for the christmas challenge but maybe by christmas if i stay with my diet i could lose 10 pounds. with your help i can do it :) good luck everyone

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 225 - ok; so im 5'6 and about 225 lbs; everything on my body is fine; except my stomach; and im going to philadelphia this spring break and i want to lose some weight before then because i dont want my family seeing me like this ya know?
but just a few minutes ago my grandparents went to the store and asked if i wanted anything and i noticed everytime they ask me if i want anything i ask for some kind of junk food like today i asked for ice cream! and i want to lose weight. and i dont just want to lose weight i NEED to lose weight; i know how dangerous it can be to be overweight; last year i went on a diet because i was in a class called nutrition and fitness; and i lost a few lbs; then after school was out i went on a road trip and gained all that weight back;
i plan to lose about 15-20 lbs before i go to philly; so if anyone wants to be my weight watching buddy; email me

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 195 - Okay i'm not even sure what my weight is but i do know that it's really high since i just went to the doctors. I decided my eating plan for school days because those are the ones that get me the most. I would usually eat nothing all day until i got home at about 3 and then until dinner i would pig out. So from now on since i leave pretty darn early for school im going to eat fruit for breakfast, i'm going to make MY OWN salad and take it too school, and when i get home i'll eat a healthy snack, all the meanwhile drinking tons and tons of water. then eat in small portions whatever my mom is making for dinner or make my own. I get 30 minutes of wlaking home excersize after school, and 30 also in the morning if i decide too walk. I also have my bike and skateboard so that'll probably be my excersize untill i can buy MARIO DDR. by the way, anyone knomw if thats still out? :/ sorry for such a long post, but good luck everyone! missed you!!!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - Hey everyone. Well you may have read my post erlier saying that i had fallen off the wagon for the 1st time so far in my new healthy eating plan. I know i shoudnt dwell on it but i am really mad at myself for doing that but anyway to sort of make up for it, im going to do double the amount of exercise today as i usually do. Insted of 30 mins on the exercise bike im going to do 1hr (ive already done 30 mins im going 2 do the other 30 mins after dinner) and im going 2 do 200 situps instead of 100 b4 i go to bed. does this sound ok? im going to do this everytym i fall of the wagon and 2 help me not fall off again when i am faced with the temptation of having something unhealthy i will have to remind myself that will mean double the exercise the next day and as i hate exercisin it should help me to decide not to eat whatever it is! is this a gd idea?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Well, although I pigged out yesterday after all ( I forgot we were having company and there was so much food) I'm getting back on track today. Also, even though I'm on pleatu right now, I think I lost some inches! My waist is 37" from like 38", my thighs are 25.5" from 27-28", and my hips are 42" form 44". SO with just a few inches lost (anout 5.5) and 14lbs I dropped one dress size. :0) Is itll have A LONG WAY BEFORE i'M 145-150 but i can wait.
