Ht. 5'5", Wt. 186 - Me n a couple of my friends went for a bike ride for about 2 hours before lunch and we went back to one of my friend's house n her mom told us that we can eat w/e we want for a couple of hours b/c our metabolism is boosted up or something and we wont gain weight is that true?????

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - do you guys know how to lose butt and thighs?? like any exercise. and how much weight do you guess think i can lose in 3 months please. before i lost 13 pounds in 2 months but now i gained all of it back...please help me.. thank you guess..

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Food today: Breakfast: 3 whole grain fat free pancakes, one slice Candian bacon (lean ham), lowfat hot cocoa (the ones with antioxidents) made with skim milk/Lunch: 1 small slice cheese pizza, 2 lowfat pierogi (made with olive oil, not butter), broccoli and spinach/DInner: split pea soup, some kind of other veggie/Dessert: probably 1 scoop lowfat ice cream with strawberries/Esercise: going up and down stairs all afternoon (I had to help the Lunch with Santa at my school). I'm also realkly porud of myself becuase at the Brekafast With Santa I had no donuts or cookies or any food, just ajuice box becuase I was thirtsy! :0) How did I do??

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 149 - this is plain drama. haha pardon me. :) i have been overweight since i was a child and i hated it. i do not hate myself, i just hated the fact that i am overweight. my friends are all wonderful and they accept me for who i am. (i have LOTS of friends) but the other people that i do not know are the ones who hurt my feelings. they give me "the stare" and even murmur mean things (as if i don't hear 'em) a guy friend actually suggested that i lose weight so i can have a bf (yup til now i dont have!) and join beauty contests. but i feel that i do not need to lose weight because i want a bf or someone wants me to join a contest, i need to lose weight for myself. because i want to feel good about myself. i really want to lose like 30 or so pounds so for myself. i really feel sad when i go to a clothing store and... Meal one: 1 slice wheat bread, 1 tbsp lowfat mayo, mustard, 2 slices turkey, fruit salad [1/2 small banana, 1/2 pear, a few sliced strawberries], 1 2 handfuls goldfish pretzels, diet pepsi
Meal two: 2 slices wheat bread, 2 slices turkey, 1 tbsp lowfat mayo, 1 handful goldfish pretzels, diet pepsi
Meal three: 1 pasta lean cuisine, diet pepsi
Exercise: 30 minute walk on the treadmill && i played in the snow alot and sledded and went walking in the snow and built a snowman! :DD
Am i doing good???

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - Hey, my SAT is over so now I can focus on working out (if I don't procrastinate!)...does anyone know how much weight I can lose by the first week of January...like January 5 (my birthday) lol Also I've been having this problem for a long time...eating infront of other people. Just eating regularly infront of like guests that are over my house, I find it to be so unfortable and it's basically because I'm so self concious and I hate it.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 170 - alright here is my plan.
breakfast- apple
lunch- sugar snap peas and carrots
dinner- lean cusine
snack- fudgsicle and 5 saltines
all water and maybe a diet drink once a week.
here is my exercise plan
monday- boxing- 1hr and a half
tuesday- billy blanks dvd-30 mins
wednesday- billy banks-30 mins
thursday- dance- one hour
friday- jog for 30 mins
dont tell me what you think. i just put it on here so i kno what i will be doing.
i need to work on having more iron in me and my upper body strength, abs, and legs

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'm posting what I ate like I have been! Breakfast: a bite of grape nuts cereal & a bowl of lucky charms & a frozen banana & a cup of 1% milk; Lunch: spaghetti & carrots; snack: apple; dinner: grilled chicken asian salad from Mcdonald's. & for Excercise: 20 minute dog walk & 40 minute work out video of "the FIRM". How'd I do? Peas respond, pretty peas with carrots on top? Peas and carrots are good for healthy diets yaaaahhhhh hehe!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - Hey every1 well i'm officially 17 and still overweight. I gained back 2 lbs but i think that might be cuz of my period. anywayz i have just discovered that belly dancing is an amazing workout. It burns a lot of calories and isn't at hard at all. I don't have to go to the gym now, b/c my mom sees me working out everyday. As for dieting, i'm just eatin between 1200-1500 calories a day, mainly fruits and veggies. according to my nutritionist i should lose 20 lbs by february 14, VALENTINE"S DAY!! if i keep this up. anyways thanks for the support and g'luck to all of you!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I really like frozen bananas they are soooo good! So what you do is open up the banana like you are gunna eat it, cut the ends off, and stick it in the freezer around 6-7 pm and let it freeze over night. In the morning, take it out of the freezer and cut the peel off and eat. It's soooo good!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I have a couple tips for you ppls. One is to eat veggies or what ever the healthiest part of your meal first. Another thing is you can get really full and not want to eat anymore if you drink a big glass of ice water with your meals. Good luck! =)
