Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - meal one : 1 frozen banana, lots of water meal two : about 2 cups coconut shrimp [homemade] w/ about 1/2 cup plain shrimp in salad [lettuce & 2 tbsp lowfat dressing] , diet pepsi, about 3 tbsp homemade tartar sauce [lowfat] meal 3 : 5 coconut shrimp, lowfat homemade tartar sauce [about 2 tbsp], water, 1 ice cream sandwhich 30 minute walk, 200 crunches. blah...not too good today.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - I started taking acne pills and i have to take them 4 times a day on an empty stomach for the next month. That means I have to have a strict schedual and I get super hungry because I'm used to eating like 6 small things every day not 3 big ones. Now every time I go to eat I'm so hungry that I over eat big time and I really don't feel full from it. Any advice on foods that will fill me up better for 5-6 hour periods??

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - hey everyone! Food was not excellen today but not too bad, and I can't wait til tmoorrow cuase I'm goin to NYC on a school trip and will be walkin aropund all day!!! Then on Sunday I'm going to this huge natural environment park to walk around and look at the 100s of decorated gardens! Breakfast: lowfat cheese toast, apple with peanut butter, skim milk/Snack: none/Lunch: lowfat lasangna, lowfat low sugar yogurt, lowfat cereal bar/Snack: South Beacj Diet Whole Wheat Snack Crackers with miini can of V8 Splash 70% less sodium/DInner: fat free hot dog on bun, strng beans, broccoli, and roasted potatoes seasoned with onion and olive oil/Dessert: 1 square of dark chocolate , a bite of this pastry thing but it was nasty so I threw it out (my parents wanted me to try it) and lowfat ice cream. Not great. But did I still do, well can I still be considered OK?

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 160 - alright everyone here is what I have learned today...apparently trying to start a diet during holiday season is pretty...i can't think of the correct word... but if u understand just stick with me here. everywhere i am its delicious this, ohh yummy that, oh and an extra helping of scrumptious fat!!! lol i'm a poet...not...anyways i think i might just keep up the workout five days a week, but just not deprive myself of yummies, i won't binge but i won't resist food either. U get what i mean? anyways i do have those new year's resolutions...haha can't remember last years so i guess i fulfilled them? so let me know how ur putting up with the high calorie foods that moms can't resist making or buying for the holidays. good luck to all of u and don't let my weakness stop u

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 197 - Please respond. This is what I had today. Breakfast 3/4 cup of cereal which is 110 cal and water. For lunch lean cusine water and fig newton. For supper subway with one sugar cookie. I had the terayaki chicken with fat free honey mustard with a powerade. for snack one sugar cookie and water. For exercise 25 min of crab soccer and 5 min of soccer plus over 700 other exercises. How did I do

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - hey guys. i went back down to the weight i was when i started this because i went on a camping trip which invloved a lot of walking and going up hills and all. and i also got these shakes that make you full and are only 170 calories and are good for you. there from www.atkinscenter.com so yeah. today breakfast: cocoa pebbles with the milk. lunch- bottle of water with a chicken sandwhich with a vanilla yogurt and a apple cereal bar. after school- 170 calorie shake which has a lot of vitamins and stuff and less sugar. owd i do?

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 189 - I started basketball training in school today it was hard but i kept up as best as i could i done about 5 laps of the hall and played in the practice match thingy. i felt really tired after it but then a little later i felt really good so i'm going to keep on going it can only get easyer for me right?
