Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Oh and food today so far: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat french toats with sugar free syrup, skim milk/Snack: grapes, lowfat organic string cheese/Lunch: vegetable soup, 2 small pieces of Italian bread, water/Snack: yogurt, almond health bar/Dinner: split pea and veggie stew, surkraut, small piece of drak chocolate, baked pear/Exercise: 30 min cardio/strength trianing tape from Weight Watchers. How'd I do? Oh, when the mood strikes, usually 2-3 times a week, my docotr said I could have like a cookie or piece of chcooate to keep my cravings under control and I'll be satisifed and happy. It also banishes the urge to eat more junk if you just have what you really want! Oh and i know I'm still on my period but I weighed 166.8 today, I probably weigh a little more but I'm okay!

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 280 - Hey guys, I have a question. Do you really hate yourself for being larger? Me, I am a big girl. And I am not so much proud of it, but I accept it. I just don't really have any will power to lose weight, if I did great, but if not, then sobeit. Like, my nickname is Chunk and I like it, I am not ashamed of being big. What about you guys?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 170 - Look Lindsey, I'm hponestly not trying be rude at all but I follow balalnced meal plan suggested by The Diet for Teenagers ONly and my dcotor approved it.It's not just about caloried carbs or fat. You need to stay furled! yOu need to eat snacks and helahty foods and exercise and be happy with yourself!!! Eating a carrot stick and an apple a day is riduclous, for example. SO just so you nknow I am aware of how much I consume. POrtions are very important. BUt what you consume is still as important. if not more, than what you consume! ANyways, thankx for caring. :0)
