Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Well, although I pigged out yesterday after all ( I forgot we were having company and there was so much food) I'm getting back on track today. Also, even though I'm on pleatu right now, I think I lost some inches! My waist is 37" from like 38", my thighs are 25.5" from 27-28", and my hips are 42" form 44". SO with just a few inches lost (anout 5.5) and 14lbs I dropped one dress size. :0) Is itll have A LONG WAY BEFORE i'M 145-150 but i can wait.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 161 - omg i have been doing so well, in 4 weeks i have lost 7lbs but 2nite i ruined it cos my sister had a party and i had 2 glasses of alcopops which were probably filled with sugar and i had 3 vodka and cokes (regular coke so loadza sugar) AND i snacked on crisps! i feels o bad cos i havent done bad for 4 week! it just means im gona have to work extra hard from now on though!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 151 - Okay, so i got on the scale (having gained two pounds over thanksgiving weekend and going up to 153) and the scale said 151. I was soo excited. I got on again and again, and i even got on my moms scale. 151! Im trying not to get too excited cuz it could just be a natural weight fluctuation and i might not really have lost 2 pounds, but if it says the same tomorrow.....my hopes and spirit are both soo high!

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 324 - okay i was on this site back in July and August weighing in at 305 pounds now i am 324 pounds and i dont understand why i dont eat a lot and i exercise by playing sports in school i am humongous i can barley fit in the shower or trough the door ways in our house what can i do

Ht. 4'3", Wt. 152 - well, i just survived my 2nd thanksgiving meal. We always go to my grandmas or aunts house for thanksgiving so on the saturday after turkey day my family has our own thanksgiving meal. So i ate pretty good, i had a little bit of stuffing, mashed potatos, green bean cassorel, and turkey. I passed up on the roll and i didnt eat seconds. I think i did pretty good. I also walked on the treadmill for a half hour this morning. I start my full out diet again tomorrow. Unfortuantly i had a soda today but that was cuz i had a headache and caffenine usually makes me feel better. So, i hope everyone has a good day. :)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey all! Well today fro breakfast I had a pear, Weight Watchers muffin, and some tea iwth lowfat milk. For a snack I had a fat free frozen yogurt. FOr lunch I went out with my aunt, so I deicded to splurge (NOT BINGE!!!) and get a plate with chicken fingers and fries. I amde sure the portions were small. I decided that from now on, since i never drink soda, when I do I can aregular one. I'd rather have sugar/calories than artificial sweetners. So a good tip is to dip your fries so you won't be pouring stuff on them, and I filled up half oa glass with soda and then I had a glas fo water. Walking was like 2 hours around this big shopping center, both inside and outside. FOr dinner I'm gonna have a ematball sandwhich and light pasat salad. I didn't do that well, but I deicded it was okay to slurge. DOn't use a treat as an excuse to pig out. Just enjoy it and move on.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 153 - Does anyone have any tips for quick weight loss? I want to lose as much weight as possible before Dec. 8, because I'm going to this winter dance at my school. If anyone has any good tips please let me know. I sorta wanted this guy to ask me to the dance, but he'd never ask me because I'm too fat. Well, I'd better go. Stay strong!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 163 - Eww I'm so gross. I was eating healthy and excercising it was great. Then on Thanksgiving I porked out majorly, and yesterday too, and today I had a bunch of these unhealthy nut bars and whipped cream and milk and a toaster strudel so far....gosh I feel like I just messed everything up again and I'll enver get to my goal!!!! I can never stick to a diet and excercise for like even a week without majorly messing up. :(

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 249 - it's a fact, everyone has the ability to change in some way or another. as many times as i have said this, i think i am ready to change. this school year has been different than any other. i 'm not out of place completely, and i am ready to try to change for myself. i have a membership to a gym, and i can drive. all i need now is a job and a goal. i want to start working out stop eating the fattening stuff and do good for myself. TODAY starts the change, now later or tomorrow, but NOW! i am ready. and i am going to lose weight and feel great. christmas is in exactly one month and i will lose 15 lbs by then! wish me luck, and if any of you want to join me, just say something. together we can accomplish anything! xoxo
