Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I was just curious as to how many inches everyone's waists are. I currently don't have anything to measure mine with, so I can't tell you how many inches my waist is. Just wondering, thanks.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - ok so i have a lot of random questions today. haha. when everyone says drinking a lot of water helps you lose weight, how much do you mean? Like, more than 8 glasses? and how does it help? also, is easier to lose weight when you've got a lot of weight to lose? (did that make sense?) cause i only have 20 lbs to lose and i have such a hard time! or is that just because my diet and exercise isnt strict enough? another question, do you lose inches faster than lbs? and are peanutbutter and jelly's bad for you? and my last question...just out of curiosity, where are most of you guys from? personally i'm from the U.S., PA actually. I know its kind of a weird question but i was just really curious! Well thanks i know i sound kind of dumb asking all these questions! :]

I have recently been skipping lunch everyday at school but then when I get home, I end up eating. I need to lose 60 pounds in 2 months. If you have any other ideas, please tell me.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 176 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 145 lb - yay i leave for spring break today and i reached my spring break goal!!!! i'm now 156.4 and my goal was 157!! heck yes! now i'm going skiing which will be good exercise, but i'm not going to be as strict on my diet, although i still can't eat desserts because i gave them up for lent. next week i won't be disapointed if i havent lost weight, but i'm just gonna try not to gain any!! good luck y'all!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks! I am so happy. Today is my treat day so I'm eating everything I've been craving, as much as I want today. I won't do this every weekend, just today, and tomorrow I'm back to suppa healthy. Today I ate pancakes w/ peanut butter & lotsa candy & chinese food & lotsa ice cream & pretzels & junk....but I feel okay with it because doing this for one day won't undo what I've done. I bet I won't even gain weight if I do supper good and weigh in on Monday- Ill probably maintain it. What do you think? Is it horrible that I did this today? I plan on every Saturday letting myself have a meal of whatever I wanted and a dessert.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 212 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 170 lb - okay. so i'm rachael .. and i'm basically sick of being fat. it's annoying going into stores and nothing quite fits right. or going out to dinner and feeling guilty about having that OCCASIONAL dessert. i've been trying to loose weight for a while. nothing seems to work.. on a normal day. i don't eat breakfast or eat 100 cal. pack. lunch south beach diet wrap (200 calories) .. a small snack at home, and dinner w/e my mom makes which nothing is ever fried. --i would love to be like a comfortable size large. like go into w/e store. right now i'm like a size 16/18-- and xl and xxl. its beat. i go to the gym 3 or more times a week. and take my puppy on walks every day. like i feel like no matter what i do it doesn't help. and then there's my friends who think they are fat and AREN't and are able to loose weight. i just don't get it!!!!! i need help so email me calidreamcolada@aol.com =D i really want like maybe a buddy or smthng to chat with about the same stats as me.
