Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My family thinks im starving my self. This is what I ate today. 3/4 cup of cereal 1/2 cup of milk and water. For lucnh 1/2 a sandwhich, 150 cal fiber bar. 100 cal pak and water. For supper 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and 3 peices of french fries and water. For exercses 30 min basketball, 15 min double dutch I didn't jump for 15 min in a row though. and exercsises here at home. Do you think im starving my self and How did I do

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Ok well this site is making me mad cuz when i try to change my current weight it won't let me post because i'm in the healthy weight range now and i wanna get down lower in the healthy range so i don't know why its being dumb but lets see anyways....;) I went to Des Moines yesterday to recieve this award and this hottie from iowa state was there too and he kept checking me out and he came over and talked to me so that was definetly a confidence boost! Its kinda crunch time for me now tho cuz I go off to state competion on Sunday and like my stomach is really flat now but if i screw up it doesn't look so good and i gotta rock my new bikini so i really gotta stay on track....oh well wish me luck and everyone should go outside today and take a run its so flippin nice out!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Well, I have lost another pound...so surely but slowly or slowly but surely...anyways, I find it is easier to lose weight by focusing on a goal other than the way you want to look and feel. The more I do, the more I am encouraged to keep going. Anyways, I wish you all the best of luck!!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 174 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - K im actually 120ish right now, but i was down 2 115. I got back on track today, i biked for an hour, and ate somewhat healthier...hopefully the weight will come off now that i have gym again and it's warm enough to start biking/jogging!

breakfast- oatmeal 130 cals
lunch- SMALL sloppy joe( bad) and carrots and skim milk( it was hot lunch)
dinner- cereal and garlic onions w/ skim milk.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey guys...alot of people have left siince i used 2 come on all the time..almost everyone..more than a year ago..any ways ive gained 5 lbs in the last couple of months(i'm actually 135)..but im not saying that is my problem..i don't really have a problem w/ it. I wanted 2 say that my life has changed dramatically since i lost 35 lbs..the struggle is definitely worth it!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 196 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey I've been on her before, & I felt like visiting the site which motivated me to write a little something. By June 15 (last day of school, also summer!) I would like to have lost 20 lbs. If losing that much would satisfy me, when I'll work towards keeping it off in the summer, if not, then I'll lost 10 more lbs. I'm not what you'd call 'fat', I hate using that word. But I'm thick if thats what you'd like to say haha. I'm just built big. Anyway...So far I'm doing good. I wanted to let you know never give up & just keep at it. Trust me I've been fussing about my weight for a long time. Always seems like I'm dieting. So I'll let you all know how I do. Good luck eneryone!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 165 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. I am happy to say that I lost 10 pounds in about 2 and a half weeks. All I have been doing is eating better, and working out a lot. To all those people who don't know what work out they should do and want something fun that really gets your heart going. I definitely recommend the Zumba DVDs. I have been using them and they are sooo much fun. It's spanish dancing moves and well I'm spanish so i know a lot of the moves but they teach you from step one. I've been doing that and running and the weight has just been melting off. So everyone should go get the DVD's they are amazing and soooo much fun !
