Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Yesterday was a horrible day, I got in a big fight with an ex so I was in a horrible mood so I went to the gym (which just so happened to be the place he was at which made me more mad) and got this awesome work out in then I check my myspace when i get home and i have this incredibly mean message from this guy i really liked and that basically ruined my day so i just kinda binged and ugh i feel bad about it but i'm kinda to that point who do i got to impress anymore? I think today is just gonna be a "ME" day and i'm gonna let myself eat whatever and get it all outta my system and maybe this will remind me that i'm trying to get into better shape for only me and nobody else. Plus its raining outside so its kinda depressing as well. Oh well good luck everyone else today, i hope u have lots more motivation then i do 3

Breakfast: fat-free yoghurt w/raspberries, blueberries, & granola; Lunch: 1/2 whole-wheat pita pocket w/lettuce,tomato,avacado,swiss cheese,fat-free italian dressing, & mustard & an apple; Snack: carrots w/salsa & a rye crispbread; Dinner: Lean Cuisine chicken/brown rice/snap pea meal w/ soy sauce & 1% milk; Excercise: 20 min. walk, 15 min. cross-trainer, 15 min. stationary bicycle, 30 min treadmill. For lunch a sandwhich, 100 cal pak and water, for supper a hamburger with just ketchup and pickles, and a small Minute Maid lemonade. For snack 150 cal fiber bar. For exercise 10 min of tag and running, 15 min basketball, 25 min walking. 5 min treadmill and many more exercises. How did I do PLEASE RESPOND
