Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - ok so here's how my day went breakfast~ Burrito and glass of Mangojuice snack~ 90cal granola bar Lunch~ Hot sandwich. ( whole grain white bread, light turkey, cheese, light mayo) snack~lowfat triscuts with humus Dinner~ Mexican taco mix thing ( a taco carsorol thing ) then I had some celery. yummyyummy and I just went to the library and got a bunch of diet books including the diet for teenagers only. I heard that's a good one. how'd I do today?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey there everybody!! okay well i REALLY need your advice...today is my first day on my diet... i have had lowfat things to eat all day... i am going to my dads house tonight... he is barbecuing hamburgers and hot dogs... now him and my mom dont talk and he lives alone so he gets really excited when i come to his house... he is barbecuing for me so that we can have dinner together... and i dunno what i should do...should i just have a hamburger with a little bit of miracle whip and no cheese... because i dont wanna upset him by not eating... well PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE respond thank you!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - hey every one ive been doing ok, i lost five pounds, ive been drinking protein shakes in the morning eating an apple around 9 on school days and then a few bites of my boyfriends lunch and then when i get home low fat high fiber tortillas and salsa and dinner hasnt been that great i keep messing up i need to start working on portion control and drinking a lot of water, i exercise 6 days a week, monday and wednesday rugby practice tuesday and thursday running and sat and sun workouts that i make up does any one have any suggestions?

For breakfast somekind of ham thing but I took 2 bits and gave it to my mom then I had 2/3 cups of cereal and water to drink. For lunch, a sandwhich, 100 cal pak, and 150 cal fiber bar. For supper I got a kids meal that had two tacos but i only ate one and then I had like 5 cinnamon things that you get with it,and a small pink lemonade. For exercises 15 min of basketball and running, then 5 min of walking, and 5 min of eliptical machine, then I did 100 crunchs with a ball. Then 20 situps with a ball. and 15 leg crunch. plus many more. PLease tell me How I did
