Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - heres what i plan on having tomorrow
breakfast - special k with milk and a galss of milk to drink
lunch - tomato soup and vegetable crackers
supper - small piece of meatloaf and 1 scoop of homemade mac and cheese and corn
exercise cardio for 30min. 50 crunches 20 situps and 20 squats

snack special k blueberry bar
lunch 2 slice cinn. french toast
snack 100 calorie pack of oreo thin crisps
supper - 2 chicken tenders and 4 strawberries
with all of this i had water

Ht. 5'4", Start: 280 lb, Today: 266 lb, Goal: 230 lb - For anybody who wants to know about the virtual model website its www.mvm.com. I took a break from weight lost yesterday by Multiplying my weight by 11. That way I wouldn't lose weight but I wouldn't gain either. Sometimes u just need a break.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 134 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i did pretty good 2day except 4 smack i had cappichino and a coffe bar thing. i didnt have all the granola bar. i gave some 2 my dad but cappichino has lotsa calories in it. ( the kind you get a gas stations) so, o well im goanna jump rope agian for 30. mins

Ht. 4'7", Start: 139 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 140 lb - This is not about me personally, but a friend of mine. See, he is in seventh grade, is, i dunno, 5 feet 6, and weighs almost 170 pounds. How can I help him to "shed some stomach" so to speak?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 164 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - guys i need so much help. its so hard for me to lose weight because i work at an icecream shop almost everyday....i'm always eating it and then when dinner or lunch time comes around, i work at the mall so all there is is fast food what should i doooooooo :(

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok for Dinner I had a roll (lightly buttered), 3/4 cup of spinach, and 1 1/4 cup of angel hair mixed with a drop of olive oil with pepperoni, peppers, and green onions. yummmmmm.
oh and a glass of skim milk. I'm gonna go out with my mom shopping now so I'll get a little more exercise. How did I do today?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 135 lb, Goal: 120 lb - UG!! I gained, how the heck could I have gained weight(2pounds). I've been running, yes RUNNING, at least a mile everyday for the past week and eating healthfully. And not only that, I've been wieght training to. Maybe I gained a pound of two of muscle. ugh, this is so FRUSTRATING!! But I was pretty good today. Breakfast-Mashed potatoes(250cal). lunch-EasyMac(460cal) with cut up hotdog in it(30cal.) Snack- Triscuits and cottage cheese(200cal?) and I'll be good at dinnertime. Yes Iknow easy mac isn't the best thing for you ut it's ok for once in a while right? OH YEA and I also ran and did my weight trainging in the morning. So, I was around 950cal so-far today. feedback please. :]

Ht. 5'5", Start: 631 lb, Today: 631 lb, Goal: 115 lb - I was doing so well for 2 whole weeks, no sweets at all and all I drank was water... its been a few days and i havent had as much water... but im so angry. I want 2 feel like I did at Xmas... I spent the whole summer exercising and i saw that lost 2 pant sizes when i went shoppin even tho I can still fit in them I really miss the feeling of feeling a bit smaller but final exams and graduation are makin me nervous... I tried making goals for myself but I always broke them... I have the motivation but I dont have will powerrrrr!!! How do u guys get over cravings and stress that causes binging???
