Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 125 lb - wow all I did today was eat I hope I dont gain too much weight tomorrow my goal is 2 drink 8 cups of water...how do u guys eat 6 small meals a day when u have school? im not allowed 2 eat in class and i'd like 2 eat 6 small meals so i dont stuff my face when i get home.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hi,I'm new and just stopped by for support.This spring break,I went to Michigan and seriously I think I lose 3lbs or more.Because while I was there I only ate twice a day and I started doing winsor pilates(which are great!).So if I keep this up,I'll be losing great.wish me luck!!!;)

Ht. 5'9", Start: 176 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - i was doing good today but then i had two pieces of a dark chocolate toblerone bar....but then i ran a mile, walked .75 miles, 30 minutes on stairmaster and 10 minutes on bike plus 15 minutes of muscle working exercises...and i ate tons of fruits and veggies so i hope its ok

Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well I started this calorie checking thing. Every Sunday I write down the menu for the week, and then I make simple meals that are between 100-300 calories each. So basically I still have calories left for snacks that can be whatever I want so long as they stay within my calorie limit. This way I don't feel deprived and I don't feel guilty. I'll post my progress, since today is only the second day.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey, heres my daily routine---Usually i have breakfast at 7 o'clock and it is usually a small on-the-go thing like granola bar(100cals) or whole grain bites(90). then 3 hours later at 10 I have fruit(50). then for lunch i usually have a whole wheat tortilla(70 cals) turkey(60) low fat cheese(30) and a 100 calorie pack. Then when i go to work i have another 100 calorie pack...like the whole grain sun chips, or i have pretzles(110) with laughing cow light cheese(35). then i have dinner and try to have as many veggies as i can protein and a little starch. For my workouts I have softball twice a week and i jog a mile 3 times a week. I stretch daily and i lift weights for about 15 mins a day.---tell me what you guys think and if you have any suggestions.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 172 lb, Goal: 125 lb - My mom is a size 0 after 3 kids. Is that really fair? I have tried to diet and i am currently going to the gym three times a week but it's never worked. I am binge eater and eat when depressed which is all the time. Has anyone else ever gone through this?
