Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey, so I have a memebrship at this gym and we are having this "contest" anyways its just on weight loss, inches and body fat decrease over 3 months, I am really thinking I can lose 50-60 pounds. I know it seems like a lot, but when I actually do eat well I can lose weight at a really good rate. The thing was I got weighed and measured today and found out I was 240 pounds! Thats nearly 100 more than I was just 2 years ago...I am so disgusted. But I mean 240 is not what i look i don't think...in your guys opinion does my weight of 240lb seem kinda off...i wear size 14-16 pants and l-xl shirts... i dunno for me it seems like i should wear larger sizes for my weight. Anyways...I use to post here alot like 3 years ago and it honestly helped me lose weight, so I think I am goign to start posting again...something about peer support is super motivating! =)

I hear a lot of people talk about it & i'm sure its happened to me but like how long does it last & stuff? On average how long did it take everyone to lose the amount of weight they wanted to?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I really dont feel that over wieght because i play 4 sports and everone tells me I'm not fat and 90% of me is musse!!! I wear a size 9 or 7 in Jrs. Am I fat or strong??? P.S I play volleyball, basketball, softball, and horse back riding!

Breakfast an egg sandwhich with 2 pieces of bacon and maynoase and water. for lunch a sandwhich, 2 small cups of punch, 100 cal pak and some swedish fish. For supper a Ceasar's salad with 1 pouch of dressing from mcdonalds and water. For excercis 10 min basketball, 22 mins walking and 5 min pilates, and 5 min walking or running not sure. HOW DID I DO PLEASE REPLY

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - On my last post you were all wondering what puppy chow is you take chex cereal you take chocalate chip pieces and melt them in the microwave then you put peanut butter in the chocolate chip and melt it some more then you pour it all over the chex then put powdered sugar in a bag then put the chex in the bag and shake it up really good and you have puppy chow it's not really that good for you but it's really really good

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - bathing suit shopping today. not so good. i was hoping there was some chance of a bikini but it did not look good. i think i mughttt be able to pull it off if i can lose 5-10 lbs(hopefully by july). i have been doing soooo bad eating. i was so proud of myself that i lost 5 lbs in march so i thought that wasnt too bad i'll try to do the same in april. but no, i think i may have gained a pound. if the food is in front if me i eat it which is a big problem. :[ i'm gonna try to find time to jump rope today but i have a lot of homework. erghhhhh its so frusterating.
