Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i bought lunch in school today. it was about 6 chicken sticks(some people call them chicken fries i think) and i had like 5 bites of mashed potatoes w/ gravy. the corn might as well have been vomit on the plate so i didnt eat that. is that a bad meal? im going for about an hour walk tonight with my friends, and i dont think ill have time to jump rope. i was just wondering if my lunch was bad or not.

It's like walking up on a down escalotor. Sounds easy right? So not the case. It has resistance and goes really fast! U have to look down the whole time to make sure u don't trip over ur feet!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 115 lb - grrr! this has been one of the worst weeks of my life. my friend asked this guy out for me like a month ago, and he said later, but he said he didn't like anyone more than me, and i found out at the dance on friday that he's been goin out w/ this chick for the past 2 months! then we have play practice from 2:30 till 6, MURDER! Then by the time i get home, it's dark, so i can't exercise. then i just eat. i'm at my highest weight right now. grr. Any ideas?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 167 lb, Goal: 135 lb - okay well uhm, im really self concious about my body. i was doing really well yesterday and i went down to 164 pounds but i ate a lot today so i moved back up to 167. a lot of people are telling me have you called jenny yet? it gets me mad and deep down inside i wanna cry but i never do. i wanna be skinny. i try exercising as much as possible. are there any tricks or easy simple diets that i can do to help me lose faster? i wanna reach my goal by the end of june.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is so weird. Yesterday When I weighed my self it said 186 but when I weighed my today it said 183 but I ate really bad I know me and my mom went for 15 min walk and I did like 15 mins extra of exercese. That's so weird
