Ht. 5'7", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi everyone! How's everyone's weight loss going? I really need to vent. Lately I have lost some weight b/c I work out everyday and I eat healthy. But today this one girl I have known since I was 7 and I considered a friend was awful to me. She was anorexic throughout freshmen to junior year, now she eats somewhat normally. however she lost a lot of weight. Me however I'm not tiny but apparently I am "pretty" since I have a fan club at school, kind of weird but hey who wouldn't be flattered. Well today when I drove her home she was like you're really fat and ugly. Even though I'm only overweight I weigh 158 lbs. I was like what the hell? Where did that come from? and then she played it off as if it was a joke but still how does something that random become like a joke. It hurts a lot that my friend would say something like that. What do I do? I know it sounds so immature but I only open up to few people and the ones i'm friends with mean the world to me. I don't understand why she would be so awful.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 204 lb, Today: 171 lb, Goal: 120 lb - gah back 2 171! i went down 2 169 but im up again damn it! oh well ok so ive made a plan for this month. ive made weigh ins at the end of each week and my goal weights that i want 2 b. start - 171-173 lbs 1st weigh inn 13 may i want to b 167-169 so like lose 2-4 lbs a week ... and ive decided to write down everything i eat .. ive done it b4 but i usually just give up after a few days but gunna try to stick 2 it this time... my goal by the end of the month is 2 have lost 11-13 lbs .. i kno its a lot but i think i can do it ... wat do u guys think of this idea??

Not because of what you can and can't eat, but because of what we have to eat. My mom buys foods that are healthy for the most part, but never anything I like to eat. Then when she tries to, it's not healthy. Like yesterday, I thought I started out good. I had two cups of fat free milk with one packet of hot cocoa mix in both (I can't stand milk, but I need to drink it to lose more weight), then I had a cup and a half of soup that was low sodium and very low fat, but then my mom bought home wendy's and I can't waste the food considering our budget and such. It's not that it was that bad, but it was too much. It was a baked potato with cheese and chicken nuggets. Really, the chicken is kinda lower in fat, I found out. That would have been fine, but then I'm sick and my mom went out and got me wonton soup and an eggroll. I didn't have the soup, but I did the egg roll. I don't know what to do. I'm failing at this.Not too long ago, I was down to about 150-ish and between an 8 and a 10, now I'm 170-ish and between a 14 and a 16. I can't stand to look at myself anymore. I seriously constantly wish I was anorexic and/or bulimic, or atleast slightly anorexic. The way I got down to 150-ish was because I ate very little, but this was cuz I was sick for like 3 months and I didn't eat too mucha nd wehn I was better it just stuck, but still. I hate this. Ht. 5'4", Start: 345 lb, Today: 319 lb, Goal: 290 lb - okay, today not so good, I had meatballs, and Pb and J sandwiches, brownies, stir fry. Prolly not the best. but I did go on an hour long walk, so thats not too bad. at least I dropped another pound. oh well, Ill do better tomorrow!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I have been keeping a journal on everything I eat and all the excercise I do but it's starting to get really annoying to try and figure out how many calories I eat everyday...a lot of times I'm just totally guessing....what do you think? Should I stop logging it and just try to be super healthy without writing it down??? It has helped me but I'm sick of it!

Breakfast: healthy advantage cereal w/1% milk & a banana & mixed nuts; Lunch: quaker's carmel corn rice snack & an apple; Snack: orange yoghurt w/granola; Dinner: Taco time lite meal (chicken taco w/ guacamole & salsa & chicken chili) & diet coke & 5 jelly beans; Total calories= about 1,410. Excercise: 25-minute bike ride & 10 minute walk. Please give feedback! What would you rate my day on a 1-10 scale???
