Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand. I have been trying to eat healthy. I put my scale away since WEdnesday. Today is Saturday. The scale said that I gained 2 pounds. But I have been doing soccer and other cardio for like 60 min a day. Like yesterday I played soccer for one hour. I don't understand what's going on of course I did eat late last night like midnight. Would that mess up my scale. Ok so 2 morrow im gonna weigh my self and write it down and not weight my self until the end of the month

Breakfast: honey-nut cheerios w/1% milk & a banana; Lunch: 2 graham crackers w/peanut butter & strawberries & sugar-snap peas & peach juice; Snack: apple; Dinner: Boca sloppy joe on whole-wheat bun & 1% milk; Total Calories= About 1,240. Ht. 5'5", Start: 11 st 2, Today: 14 st 4, Goal: 9 st 0 - Hi, I joined weight watchers yesterday and today has gone well. So far, i have eaten 12.5 points and have got another 5.5 points left and it almost nine o clock at night. I am thinking of having a slice of toast and some rice krispies to make my point rota reach my eighteen. I am going to start coming on line here virtually every day so that i can try and get some motivation and help to encourage others aswell. I was just wondering whether anybody else has been on weight watchers and if so how long did you stay on it, how did you find it and what kind of success you had with it! Anyway, I'm pretty muscular. 223 may seem like 190, but I still want to lose a lot of weight. Is 40-50 lbs possible in 3-4 months? I plan on cutting out carbs and begin to count calories. I also plan to get back into weight lifting which I haven't did in a year. I have a weight bench, treadmill, and stationary bike at my house. I also live in the country on a farm which means I can do a lot of heavy work too. I plan on working out 2 hours a day this summer, along with being outside ALL day long except for meals of course. I love fruit. Like I said, I plan on cutting out carbs and also counting calories. Exercise wise, is there any good plans? I plan on doing the Couch to 5k plan this summer along with a lot of walking at 3mph on the treadmill. Is that too fast? I'm not sure for walking. Sometimes I find myself with my hands on the bars, but it's not like they're holding me up and I'm in need for support from them. Anyway, I'm going on and on. I'm not insulting you or anyone else here by saying that, I am really big too. But I was just trying to suggest that you wait to get new clothes until you get closer to the size you want to be because once you lose the weight you want then your cute big clothes won't fit anymore. Instead, why not boost your confidence by getting your nails done, getting a facial, or getting a new hair-style? I'm so sorry- I didn't mean to upset anyone!!!

Well since september this kid and i have done nothing but argue and well lets say sometime in the last few weeks I realized I just may actually have feelings for him. Isn't that insane? I mean He would make fun of me all the time and suddenly he became really nice to me when I get a boyfriend. My first boyfriend ever, b/c my dad finally gave me permission to date. But that is besides the point. He used to tease me about everything, from my weight to the clothes I wore (which makes no sense since I wear jeans and t-shirt everyday) but now he is being nice. And suddenly i have feelings for him? or maybe they have always been there? I don't know what to do...and I have abs now!! isn't that great?
