Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Well then happy tuesday everybody! lol! but yea yesterday kinda sucked a lot, i had this big going away lunch with my classmates who i have become really close with the past two years and we went to this nice italian restaurant and pigged out on carbs, it was awesome but i totally regret it now lol! But yea oh well new day fresh start I guess. U know i just remembered that saturday i'm in this parade for this beauty pageant i have coming up in july and ugh i just wanna get this little pudge off my tummy that i got yesterday...i'm so forgetful but now i definetly need to get back on track! Today heres what i got going on....Breakfast: Green Tea and a Granola bar then idk i don't think that far ahead! LoL! Well i'll check back in...good luck all!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 167 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I bought my prom dress today...IT IS SOOO BEAUTIFUL...but the process of trying to find one that looks good on me was hard considering that I still have a stomach and a really big chest...so I must have tried on like 30 dresses at lord and taylor...ugh so frustrating...but in the end I'm happy with my dress. I am going to continue working out...any tips on how to decrease cup size? It's really upsetting that the only reason I need a bigger dress is because it won't go over my chest

Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 190 lb - I am back up to my goal wieght i hate that i have been there for 2 days and i wiegh myself in the morning ok today i 1040 calories i ate nothing for breakfast but i had a sunny D for lunch i had sugar free tea calorie less for dinner i had a glass of water and a small peice of cheese pizza for a snack i had a hershey bar and a docter peper how did i do and yes i counted the calories right oh yeah for exercise i walked 45 minutes and played baseball for 20 minutes how did i do please respond?!?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. for breakfast, burrito with eggs, sausage, and peppers in it with mild suace on top of it with some pop and a 1/2 a hash brown. for lunch a sandwhich with maynoosee, water, trix yogurt. For supper 90 cal soup in a container, water, 100 cal pak. For exercse 20 min soccer, 20 min soccer, 20 min softball. How did I do Plus I might do more exercses

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey I was wondering...I had a peice of bread with peanut butter on it and a glass of milk (along with my vitamins and water and Emergen-C vitamin absorbent drink thingy o.o) for breakfast, cherries and mandrain oranges, a (i HATE spelling samwidtch!-sim ima just call it samwitch) with mericle whip on it and ham on wheat bread, and water for lunch, and for dinner i had a small portion of curry, which had like carrots and chicken and shrimp and white rice in it. Our teacher passed out little chocolates though and I couldn't help but get the little white chocolate one x.x so thats what I messed up on lol XP. But besides that, how does this sound for a diet? Advice appreciated. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds by the time I begin highschool in 3 months and a half or so.

I love cooking so I would send you guys healthy recipes every sunday, for like lunch and dinner for the week. For exercise It would be walking or running for 30-40 min everyday. I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and I have lost 13 lbs, but i am still overweight, however the thing won't let me post. If u guys want healthy food recipes just email me at sabz1128@gmail.com. Here's one for today. Broil a chicken breast after seasoning with goya spices. Then take a tortilla and place premade lettuce inside. After the chicken is done cut it up and place in the tortilla. XD So I'm very motivated and doing my best to stay active so that my weight loss will keep up... but I'm looking for some more targeted exercises for my lower abs, hips/sides, backs of my arms and my back to help me tone up a bit. I'm going on vacation in 12 days and I would like to look my best. I know I've got a great start already... I'm just looking to boost my results a little bit and get a little more in shape... does any one have any exercises for any of those areas I'm looking to target??? Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - first of all, my starting weight and current weight are switched so it will let me post. well i typed a whole long post earlier today and then it didnt work, so i'm typing it again. so yesterday was my 15th birthday and i basically ate like crap all weekend cause my mom bought my favorite snacks + cake and ice cream and stuff. i'm trying not to beat myself up though, cause it was my birthday. i tried to get back on track today, i just did 15 minutes jump-roping. i dont know what to do next week. i'm going on vacation to mexico and its all-inclusive so i can eat whatever i want and as much of it as i want which will be very tempting and i'm afraid i will totally binge that week(not so good when most of the time is spent in a bathing suit!) however, i will be very active scuba diving, swimming, walking, and all that fun vacation stuff. :] any tips on staying healthy in mexico? thanks a lot and good luck everyone!
