Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Well, I weighed myself today...I'm down to about 142.5! I still can't believe it sometimes; I mean, I don't remember the last time I weighed this, and when I did, it was an unhealthy weight for my height and age. I'm only 3 pounds away from being in the healthy weight range! Coming here has really helped, and I hope all of you have success in whatever your goals are!!! Good luck!!!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Haha, so I've got a random food idea of the day. So if any of you love mashed potatoes, you might like this. Boil some cauliflower, then mash it until it's soft and smoothe(like actual mashed potatoes). Then add toppings like fat-free sour cream, spray butter, turkey bits(instead of bacon bits), and Mrs. Dash. It tastes really good, and has hardly any calories(if you don't go too crazy on the toppings), especially when compared to real mashed potatoes.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 125 lb - weighed in today ..... and i lost 7 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!! i am so excited and so otivated to keep doing what i been doing .... i eat 1200-1400 calories a day, exercise 45mins+ 4 times a week and on the other days 20mins ... i am so excited!!! but that is alot 2 lose in 1 week.. maybe its not accurate? im weighing myself next on the 20th of may and my goal is 2 weigh 162-165.. this weeks goal was 2 weigh 167-169 and i beaqt it by a pound!! wooo 166!!!!!!!!!!! i havent been this weigh in like ...... i dunno!!!!! trust me everyone out there who is trying to lose weight: if i can do it u can do it 2 :D :D ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 175 lb - I SUCK. yesterday, being friday, i decided to let myself cheat, since my parents came home with pizza. i was like ugggggh its gonna ruin all my hard work but then i gave in. but i didnt stop there, i had like 5 coolers with my friend, and then got the after-drunk munchies, and ate more pizza. Today i was like ok im gonna start again... well i didnt. i drank sugary juice, ate tacos and ice cream. I cant believe i messed up. i was so determined. i think i gained a pound but i didnt weigh myself right when i woke up it was later in the day, i probably still had food in me. i dunno. this sucks though.. i hope i can get back on track without feeling like i totally blew it and cant start again... :S

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - It seems when I don't weigh my self I gain weight. So this is what I had today. Horrible I know. Breakfast Hardees sandwhich, and hashbrowns,and lemonade almost had pop though. Lunch special K bar, water, sandwhich with a little bit of maynossaeys, and cheetos. For supper 4 chicken mcnuggets(instead of 10 like I usally have), french fries, and some pop, ravilloe, and water, fiber bar. For snack some organge juice and a cookie. For exercses 25 min soccer, 25 min soccer, 14 min regualar exercse. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I DID

Ht. 5'7", Start: 165 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 120 lb - so i remember when i weighed 145 and i would always tell myself that i wouldnt go over 150. Then i weighed 155 and i sayed i'd never get to 160. Now i weigh 168 and i told myself i would never get to 170. But i am 2 pounds away. I keep gaining weight. I feel it. I can see it. I used to wear size 7/8 and now i wear size 11/12. I need help. I want to do this so bad. But i dont have any will power. I just wish it wasnt so hard to lose weight. I mean it is easy to gain weight...for me at least.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 138 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 107 lb - hey you guys youve all been doing awesome, well ive always been chubby since i was little and it sucks because i look back at my baby pictures and i cant believe i was that big at age 10 i weighed 120 and now ive maintained my weight around 138 and there was a point were i reached 116 but i gained it all back and it sucks. now im really watching my figure and ive been on a diet for about 3 weeks and lost 8 lbs, ive cheated a bit but i dnt want to anymore, i really want to get to 107lbs.

I remember the days when I used to be 120 lbs., though it was a while ago, and I can't believe I let myself slip this badly. I really wanna be that weight again, but I can't seem to get there. All my friends say that I'm fine, I look great, but I can't believe them. Especially since they are all really skinny, and I'm the only one that doesn't fit in. I went to my Prom recently, and I had a great time, but I couldn't help feeling self-conscious in my huge dress, surrounded by all the tiny girls. I want help, and I know that I am in the right place to get it. I think that if I had someone to help me out, keep me accountable, I might just be able to do this.
