Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I've been reading a lot of people's posts on here and it really inspired me. I've been trying to find a page to read such stories, or know that I'm not the only one who is weight crazy. I do not consider myself to be 'fat' by any means, but I'm surely chubby around the stomach area and arms which bothers me. I've always been considered the 'smaller' one in my family, and since my parents got divorced last year, I've gained 30 pounds. Over the past week I have done some form of cardio and some ab work but I'm wondering if that is enough to see results? Not yet of course, but if I kept at it. I have a hard time keeping focussed on cardio, while running/walking I realize how bored I get and want to go home .. I even bring music! I need help keeping on track. Any ideas? Thank you!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Today in school, we had to run the mile. I got 11.05! I know that might not sound really good, but for me it is! I've never gotten a time like that. Ever. And I've been running it since 5th grade! I ran the whole thing non-stop, and realized that I really wasn't tired when I was done. I think I should've pushed myself a little harder, though. My goal for next year is 10.35. Does anyone else here have to run the mile for school?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Ok so i actually weighed in this morning and i was 173.5...i rounded up on my stats but yea at least i know for sure where i'm at now since i was basically guessing before! Lol! But yea i had a really good day yesterday (dieting i mean) and i think i'm really back in the mode, i actually turned down wendy's yesterday i mean seriously that takes will power! Lol! But then i went shopping with my best friends for a cute sundress to wear saturday and i got this adorable baby doll one and i definetly look hot plus its a size 9! I have no idea how i pulled that off and i look good next to my friend whos a 3 so yay! It was funny we were in Von Maur trying them on and i'm modeling making fun of my butt and this other really tiny girl goes u look so hott i i wish i had curves and could pull them off like u and that made me feel so special! But i still jiggle in a few places where u shouldn't so i still got work to do! Well good luck everybody think of what u wanna look like when ur making ur choices today!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Just wanted to leave a little tip here that I realized I liked tonight... when you're shopping and you try on two different sizes to see which fits you better... if the smaller one is a LITTLE small, you should still choose it over the bigger one because it's incentive to lose the weight to fit into it.

Breakfast-scrambled egg whites, fat free bacon, 1 slice plain weight watchers toast Snack-protein drink Lunch-2 slices weight watchers bread, lettuce, turkey breast and mustard, activia yourt Snack-10 baby carrot sticks, fat free dip, extra lean ham Dinner-baked salmon, brocolli Dessert-sugar free jello. 1338 calories, 145 grams of protein, 37 grams of fat and 102 carbs. So obviously i am working hard to eat a ton of protein and hoenstly just in the past few days i have been doing so, i feel great-so much more energy!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I lost 3 pounds in one week. So it helps me not to weigh my self. This is what I had today and did today. for breakfast dry cereal and water. For lunch a sandwhich no maynosse, and I didn't eat all the bread. One fig newton bar, water, 100 cal pak, fiber bar. For supper a Weight Watchers Pizza or something less than 350 calories. For exercse 20 min soccer, 20 min soccer, 30 min basketball, plus me and my cousin are gonna do a lot of exercse tonight
