Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Ok, so today was a good day, didn't get to workout but maybe i will do something aerobic later. Calories-1185 (a little lower than i wanted, but i guess its better to be under than over), fat 32grams, carbs 87 grams (i was pretty low on that i hope thats ok), protein 129 grams and i drank tons tons tons of water today. K so my goal of 180 was for August 15 but obviously thats unrealistic, i am actually more concerened about sizes. If i am a 16 now what do you think is realistic in about 3 months?

And i really don't know how because i've been going to a billion and one graduation parties and binged all weekend and not to mention drinking lil more then i should but oh well! Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 125 lb, Goal: 117 lb - To Karen and anyone else who wants to know. This is how I lost weight. I gained weight over the holidays like most people do and I weighed 136. Then I got body-shaping class at school and started exercising more. A couple days a week I walk home from school instead of taking the bus (only like a 20 minute walk and takes me 5 minutes longer than taking the bus!) I started bringing healthy lunches to school and almost every night I have a Lean Cuisine meal w/1% milk & I even have dessert every night (something like a 90 cal ice cream bar, sugar-free jello or jello pudding, small piece of chocolate, etc.) I got a gym membership at the YMCA...I'm serious, if you want QUICK weight loss go to a gym and use the cardio machines. Once in a while I go to the gym and do the cross-trainer for 20 minutes, the stationary bike for 10 minutes, 30 minutes jogging on treadmill, then lift some light weights and do crunthces/leg lifts.....I also treat myself to whatever I want on weekends! For lunch ham sandwhich no maynossee, 100 cal pak and fig newtons, water. For supper 5 small pieces of Monical's pizza which are small like maybe 5in long, 2 small pepsi's it was a Quiz Bowl party. For exercse 16 min treadmill,4 min running on treadmill, 5 min other exercse, 20 min soccer, 5 min basketball. How did I do PLease reply

Ht. 5'0", Start: 127 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 115 lb - grrr! softball practice started on monday, and on fridays we do extra b/c we don't have practice on the weekends. It may not sound like a lot, but it was. we did a 400, then stretchs, then we do these running exercises. it's about 25 feet apart, and we jog 2x, butt-kicks 2x, high knees 2x, kareoke 2x, 75% sprint 2x, and full - out sprint. then we did a bunch of 25 meter sprints, then 50 meter sprints, then we walked a 400, then we ran up and down the stadium steps, then did another 400, then we started practice. I'm always the last one during anything related to running. any ideas on how to gain speed?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 290 lb, Goal: 180 lb - School is almost over and I'm really motivated to lose a lot of weight during the summer. I plan on working out everyday. I plan on walking at least 3 miles a day along with doing 100 crunches in the morning and 100 crunches at night. I'm going to try and cut back to 1500 calories at the most a day, although thats just a rough estimate. Hopefully I'll be busy and that'll distract me from eating. Given the amount of exercise I plan to do and my stats (seeing as how the bigger you are, the faster you lose) approximately how much weight do you think I would be able to lose in about 12 weeks.
