Ht. 5'6", Start: 200 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - well i went to my friends for a memorial day bbq , i didnt do so well .. enough said ): i havent been doing good for the past week ... im nervous to weigh myself at the end of this week i dont want to go back up to 200 , i was looking at pictures from the beginning of last year when i was about 170 and i wanted to cry my arms were so skinny and my face wasnt as chubby, i want it back . youd think that would be good motivation seeing those pictures but i just went and ate more . i feel like dieting took over my life completley ,losing weight and food are always on my mind and keeping me from having a good life . i just want the weight gone and i want my life back .

Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - what are some foods i can sneak into school w/me i want to have food every 3 hours (small food of course) i'll have breakfast at 6:30 then some sort of snack at 9:30( i have gym then and can just sneak it i just dont know what though) and 12:30 is lunch, by 3:30 ill be home and done w/ homework and 6:30 is dinner sound good? ideas for snacks?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 185 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 134 lb - I've been overweight all my life. It has been really hard to go on this diet, and no one has forced me to, but now I just think of all the wonderful things that I will be able to do when I have lost all that weight. I started out at 185 pounds. It will all be worth it, and over the last 3 months I have lost 15 pounds. I have lost it healthily, so i havent gained any of it back at all yet when occasionally I have indulged. But now, I am having trouble resisting temtations to junk food, etc. Anyone have any drastically good tips to help me? I've started with this diet and I don't want to quit. Someone help me please?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (starting and current weights are switched) i'm really disappointed with myself. i was on vacation this past week and it was a great oppurtunity to lose weight cause i was like 10x more active than normal but i ate like crap. i didnt binge but i ate like i used to before i cared about my weight. i dont have a scale at home so i weigh myself very rarely, but i dont think i gained or lost last week. today was so bad i am really embarrased especially after reading posts from so many of you guys that eat so healthy. i had a really greasy sausage&egg sandwich, a couple handfuls of cheeseballs, like 8 chicken nuggets from the freezer, and 2 brownies. i havent had dinner yet but i will try to eat very little. its really hot outside so once it cools down a little im gonna jump rope for 20-30 minutes. i was wondering- when im jumproping i get really really out of breath and my pulse starts going ... Ht. 5'7", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 168 lb - so I am totally -annoyed and the fact that I'm trying to detox my body- no sweets is driving me crazyy and I am soo tempted to go get a cookie! BUT NO I promise myself I would do this! soo yeah thats basically what I did today-- I had soo much fruit during lunch! and part of me wonders if it's this hard to stop over eating image how hard it is for someone who is trying to quite smokeing!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Hey everyone:) Could you tell me if i did okay today?? Breakfast : 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ a lil peanut butter & water. Lunch - pb and j sandwich on wheat bread, lil applesauce and a water. Dinner - Corn, small plain baked potato, a very small piece of steak about (2x2) and a bottled water. I worked out on the treadmill walked 2.6 miles and was on there for 40 min. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I feel so bad today. I just ended a 3 day long binge. It was the worst binge that I have ever had. I ate everything in site. It started Friday. I weighed in on Friday at 175 pounds (good). Then my binge started. On Saturday morning I weighed in at 180, then on Sunday morning I weighed in at 175. This morning, I weighed in at 181. I'm hoping some of it is water retention, but I know some of it isn't. I want nothing more than to wake up tomorrow at 175 again. I made a big mistake, and I will never let myself get that out of hand again. I feel like crap. I want to cry. I hate weekends. I always eat so much. I am counting my calories strictly this weekend, and for the rest of this week. I need to get back on track. I just wish I could go back in time, and change the binge a little. Wish me luck guys. I start week 3 of running this weekend! That means walk 2, run 3 for 30 minutes! : )

Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 232 lb, Goal: 180 lb - K so i have stopped counting calries/fat/carbs/protein...it seems thats all i worry about all day. Breakfast-1/2 cup egg whites, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 4 oz fat free ham Snack-skim milk, sugar free hazulnut latte (mmm!) Lunch-2 slices low fat bread 4 lsices turkey bacon, tomatoes and lettuce Snack-1 oz feta cheese Dinner-grilled chicken breast annd steamed brocolli. So i am pretty happy with how I did, lots of protein probably like 1100 cal which isnt really enough, but id rather leave it at that than east this late.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So I have this tendency to eat not so great on the weekends which is a problem many face. I'm usually pretty good but sometimes its harder to diet during times when you're out with friends. Yesterday I went to the beach & got a grande soy caramel macciato from starbucks. but that was my treat for the week, so I'm trying not to eat anything else sweet for a while. & I dont feel too bad because when made with soy it has like half the fat & calories then a regular. Today we went to the movies & I had a little bit of popcorn. But the key is portion sizes, & I knew when enough was enough. Tomorrow I get right back on track. I FINALLY am starting to see results! REAL results! I'm so excited & motivated now! I think the scale is crap. I heard on Oprah you shouldnt weigh yourself for the first 3 months due to water weight & muscle gain, it'll make you think you're not losing or that you're gaining but you're really not. So stay away for a while! Good luck to you all & keep it up! :)

BUT the problem is I have a huge addiction to food! I can't stop eating even though I know the things I'm eating are bad for me. My best friend is extremely skinny (it runs in her family.) She is so tiny compared to me and sometimes it makes me feel really bad about my image. I do excercise alot but excercising is no good when I go and eat ice cream and cookies an hour later. So if you have any ideas on how to cope with my food addiction please do tell!! thanks
