Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 185 lb - I have a few questions about exercising. First, do you get different results from situps and crunches? I plan on starting tomorrow to do 100 of each, but if there's not a difference then I won't do both. Like what muscles they work, etc. Also, when on a treadmill. Does it matter if you hold onto the rail things? Thanks in advance.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 285 lb, Today: 264 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Staying on track is hard. Getting back on track is even harder. Right now I'm dealin with a lot of stress and it seems to be hittin me in every way. Mentally, emotionally and of course physically. Like was happy because I only had only plate of food and one pop at a buffet. instead of my usual 3 pops and 4 plates. I HATE When people just ruin your day especially on this website

Ht. 5'3", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey so im trying to lose about 25 pounds eventually. id like to lose about 10 pounds by the end of the summer....is that possible? it gives me about a month and a half to do this. i dont know much about losing weight so i could use all the help i can get. any ideas or suggestions?? im getting ready to go on vacation for a week and i dont really want to have to wait to start until i get back so im thinking if mayb i just watch how much i eat....we're visiting family and well...they eat alot but im thinking if i just watch my portion sizes ill be ok. what do u guys think?? any tips or exercise ideas

Ht. 5'3", Start: 158 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Well I turned 15 and got the scale up to 160 pounds all in the same month. I'm hopeing with summer that I will lose about 20 pounds maybe more. The last 3 days I have done good. I only ate healthy foods and I'm feeling that eating right pain. The headaches from lack of sugar but the extra energy even with only 5 hours of sleep. I know it's only been 3 days but if I can keep this up all summer I know I can get to my goal by Christmas.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I went to chinese buffet today and I only had one plate and one pop. Usually I have three pops, and 2 or 3 plates. This is what I had so far today. Breakfast honey nut cheerois and milk. For lunch I had one plate of chines and one pop. For snack I had a pepsi icey. Then I did a 14 min walk. Then later i'm gonna do a 10 min pilates. then 35 min taebo. For supper i'll probly Have a lean cusine. Total calories- 1200 or less
