You see i'venever really been super overweight but i've always had extra weight i really do not like. So i am hoping with everyones motivation and help I can lose around 20 pounds. Anyways I guess everyday I will post my foods for the day, and excercize. And each week I will weigh myself in to see If i have lost anyweight. So please could you guys help me out by saying what you think about my food and excercize choices. So today i like woke up at 12 so no breakfast. For lunch i had a lean cuisine- chicken and pasta with a banana and 2 cups of water, for a snack i had 1 brownie and like 10 jolly ranchers = [, and for dinner i had another lean cuisine- some chicken and beans and vege type with 1 cup of cherries and 1 glass of milk and 1 glass of water. MY excercize for the day was about 15 minutes on the trampoline,1 mile walk, and 1 hour of tumbling tonight. Please reply to me, thanks everyone!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 257 lb, Today: 257 lb, Goal: 140 lb - This is my first time here yesterday my nieghbor came over to talk to my parents while i was playing basketball and she said that it was good to see someone of my size playing outside that is when i knew i was putting on weight ok so i play sports but i am terrible with eating junk food today i ate 1300 calories how did i do also i did various exercises for 45 minutes.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 156 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 155 lb - I really am excited for losing weight over summer and then when every one sees me at school theyll be like WOW. ya know? But ive seen girls at my school do this over summer and when they come back people always try to assume that they did it the wrong way. even if they didnt. what should i do? i mean of course id know i did it right but i hate being talked about over jelousy. i dont want to make people jelous of me when i get back i just want to feel better about myself :(

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 157 lb - WHAT I DID TO LOSE 10 INCHES ALL OVER MY BODY IN A WEEK!!!! 1.Kept a food journal and wrote down ALL the calories ive eaten that day making sure i got my veggies, meat and fruit from the food prymaid in, i never really ate fatty foods but i guess its up 2 u (calories never extended 800).JUST DONT BINGE ALOT IN THE NIGHT AND YOUR FINE. 2. I also did 2 or more aerobic classes----i.e, Hip Hop Abs and and group fitness classes at the gym----BEWARE ALL THESE CLASSES I TOOK WERE EXTREMLY HARD BUT I WAS EXTRA MOTIVATED. :) 3. I also did elleptical machines making sure to BURN MORE THAN 300 calories. 4.THATS IT!!!!!! EATING HEALTHY AND EXERCISING ALOTT made me feel better about myself and not to mention lose 10 inches all over my body in a week!!! IT REALLY WORKS BYE GUYS AND THANX FOR BELIVING IN ME ;)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So you know how the color black radiates more heat? which results in more heat. If I go on a one mile walk in like what's today...85 degree weather will I burn more calories then I would if I walked out with a white shirt? just curious. I'd be walking the same distance in the same weather but with different color clothes. Dark colors radiate more heat then bright.
