Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ever since my dad got out of the hosiptal I don't want to exercise. My dad can't go to work for one to six months and he's a truck driver and my mom dosn't work so my mom said we're gonna lose every thing now i'm so depressed to do anything. Ht. 5'8", Start: 12 st 12, Today: 12 st 12, Goal: 8 st 0 - i dont think that anyone should feel ashamed about there weight. i know that you all think your fat, i do to, but i dont fink we should let it get us down. Just try to eat healthily and do some excersise but have fun as well. (Note: 12 st 12 is 180 lb.)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 209 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - a great low cal snack is frozen grapes. put 26 in a baggie and thats 200 calories + they taste amazing i went on a 5 mile bike ride w/ my mom today. it was actually fun.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is my plan for the next week.Monday's Wednesday's, and Friday's do soccer for 40 min, then do 10 min pilates, For Tuesday's Thursday's Saturday's and Sunday's I'm gonna do 30 min soccer, and 30 min Taebo. Unless I mess up. i'm have to lose at least 20 pounds by time school starts up. I ate so bad today. I'm on my peroid so I binged today. Well 2 morrow is a day I hope I do better.
