Ht. 5'5", Start: 146 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i am so frustarated. i keep making pacts to myself that i really am going to eat right and exercise and i commit myself to it. then, the next time theres food in front of me, my mind totally blocks out those thoughts and i eat junk. and then i completely forget to exercise. like right now its 10pm and i just realized i didnt do cardio today and i cant do it now. i feel so stupid.and i have a question. i understand what people always say about "if you tone before you lose weight you won't be able to see a difference cause the fats covering it up" and i understand the concept, but since i'm not that overweight, will toning make me look any smaller? like, will i lose that little flab below my belly button or is that only through cardio?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- kashi honey almond flax cereal with soy milk, & a banana with strawberries. Snack- carrots & cucumber with hummus. Lunch- peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread with an apple. Dinner- side salad with some kind of meat.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - What are some good things to eat? I'm starting my new life this Monday. I plan on having fruit for breakfast. What are some good ones with few calories? Lunch and dinner is where I don't know what to eat. Any opinions are welcome. I'm trying to not eat carbs. I know that sounds fad-ish, but I heard it works and isn't too bad on your body. I plan on eating 1200-1500 cals a day. Anywhere between there is my goal. Please reply and thanks in advanced.

Breakfast: nutri-grain waffle w/peanut butter & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/fat-free dressing & a chewy bar; Snack: dried fruit pack; Dinner: Lean Cuisine- margherita pizza & mandarin oranges & 1% milk; Dessert: fat-free strawberry yoghurt; Excercise: 40 minutes TaeBo, 10 minutes Ab workout, some arm excercises w/ 5 lb. weights & squats & lunges & calf lifts & a 10 minute walk. Well...how'd I do?
