Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Wow guys... I am so happy.. it's been a week since I got started back on my diet, and I lost 3 pounds. I know it's going to slow down in a little while, but I am just so happy to be losing weight.... cuz I was really stuck... I'm also really excited cuz this is the least I've weighed in a really long time... like about 3 and a half years... (I seem to be really good at maintaining my weight) I just wanted to share the excitement with you all... and good luck to everyone today with it being the 4th of July... I'm sure you all can do good. :)

Ht. 5'0", Start: 220 lb, Today: 238 lb, Goal: 215 lb - ok so im deciding to start a new me. im going into my senior year in highschool. And i would like to change for it. i want to be healthier and have more self esteem. i just started eating a salad with alittle cheese,and italian dressing and water with lemon in it. i walked 6 miles today across town. so that was my exercise. Does anyone have anything else i can do. like meal plans,exercises that can make me loose 15 pds by august 29th. thanks so much

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey uh...quick inquiry...I dunno Im just freakin out and I know I shouldnt be but well. When I started eating healthier and stuff, I was loosing about a pound per day because it was all easy weight to lose cause I had gained it quickly. But now I can tell it's gunna slow down, because yesterday i was 137, and today im 137.5. If I eat six small meals a day and excersize frequently such as walks and biking and going to curves 2-3 times a week, will I still keep loosing weight? If so, do you still think I'd be able to reach my goal of 120 by Sept.?

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Hey this thing is all new to me i just found it.its a pretty cool site! but anyways i just stared to watch what i was eating and exercising yesturday. I guess you could say its looking good ive been sticking to fruits for snacks and i got on the tredmill 3 times(today)which gave me a total of about 1 hour which i think is pretty good.This whole thing is seeming to be easier to have my mom tryin to lose weight to.I really want to lose like 25-30 pounds before school starts which gives me almost two months.Do you think i can do it? im so tired of being the fatest girl in the whole class its not even funny its even worse when the skinny girls are sitting there calling themselves fat and they freakin weight like 115lbs.i wish i was that fat.lol.

ya ya ya i lost 1 whole pound since the last time i weighted in lol it was July 25 2007.
so i want to be at 175 at the end of the summer but i don;t think that it will happen since summer is almost over... so this summer i will try to get down to 185 and in the school year get to 175 and lower ... it is really weird how i lost a pound cause i have been eating alot of food cause for the past like week and a half i have been hungry all the time =* but i was not eating bad food it was all pretty much good for you!!! and my total weight is 196.4 so i have lost 2 pounds since i started this in july sometime..( wow i need to get to work on lossing more weight ) lol GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE AND HAPPY 4TH OF JULY !!!! DON'T EAT TO MUCH LOL

Ht. 5'0", Start: 130 lb, Today: 129 lb, Goal: 105 lb - omg!! cross-country started today, well pre-season weight lifting, running starts next week. anyway, i was in the weight room of my highschool, and all the freshman football players were in there too, and i knew half of them. they are all benching like a bunch, and i'm doing 5 lbs, the lightest possible. i went to school with most of them too. anyway, i was wondering what some good strength conditioning exercises are that i can do at home. thanks a bunch!!!!

Hello :) Well I'm not sure if anyone remembers me but i've been coming here since i was 14 and I'm soon going to be 16. Well I lost about 30 lbs by coming on here with the support and everything and Then i got to my all time high, almost 237 lbs. Well now i'm back and for the past 3 days i've been dieting like crazy and excersizing. Today for example I had a few grapes and an apple for breakfast and for lunch I had a veggie burger on a peice of wheat bread with mustard and lettuce on top. No ideas for dinner yet and excersize I do at least 150 situps a night and skateboard at night and go walking around town. What do you guys think?
