Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm pretty bummed here...considering I had a horrible day yesterday and the lowest I've been this week is 136 and the highest 139, and currently Im about 138, but my most stable was 137. And I'm loosing weight slowly now. So, I've decided that I'm gunna keep doing my healthy eating, and keep excersizing and weigh-in at the end of every week. But one quick question: should I eat 3 full meals per day or 5 small meals? Or does it matter? And whats an example of 5 small meals? I'd probably have to boost the excercize if I ate 5 small meals too, huh? And is walking for an hour per day good excersize? AND HOW THE HEC DO YOU SPELL EXCERSIZE X.x Thanks :) Stay strong, you guys.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I dropped 2 more pounds. It took me a whole month. Now I am at 174. I am hoping to maybe lose another 2 within this next week since I usually lose 4 a month all at once. I have to do my run tonight, but my food intake was good today.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 270 lb, Today: 265 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Yes i changed my goal..... I just dont understand why i cant have enough motivation to keep up with my diet. My mother singed me up for L.A Fitness, which is very nice. I really really REALLY want to loose weight . I'm on the calorie diet but it seems so hard! I just get so up set with the rules and all. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I totally had a bad day today with the fourth and all the yummy food.I did real well for breakfast(watermelon)and lunch(salad).But then came dinner...chips, a hotdog with a bun some corn and beans adn dessert was ice cream sandwich and i had a cookie. OMG i am so fat im going to get on the treadmill and work my but off i feel really sick not just like my stomache wise but i feel like i let myself down too.So its time to kick back into high gear tomorrow 30 pounds by late August.I CAN DO IT...i hope!!!! =(

Ht. 5'9", Start: 181 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Yay! I've lost 2 pounds! :) Me and my family just had a sit-down dinner, in our dining room, at a table! We NEVER do that! Usually I just make a couple hotdogs in the micro and eat them while watching TV, but this was great! We had tofu, chicken , rice and veggies! I'm totally full! I think overweight children probably don't have sit-down dinners and just pig out forr hours in front of a screen, so this was great!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 211 lb, Today: 211 lb, Goal: 145 lb - i really want to weigh about 180 by school or at least be under 200 punds i was really diapoiapointed to find out that i had gained 20 pounds last year in just a three month span. so i really want to go back to my old size, well smaller, but my old size for a start. do u think i could loose 31 pounds before school?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok I don't think I did to bad for the 4th of July. I had one hamburger on a bun with ketchup ,some barbgue chips, potato salad, sweet tea one glass, home made macroni cheese,and water, one slice of cheesecake. I though about eating more but I though is this going to help me reach my goal.that's for lunch for breakfast I had a bagel with cheese and egg and bacon and water. For supper I'm gonna probly have 2 100 cal paks things. And that's probly about over 1200 calories. Then I'm gonna do 30 min taebo then it's also tabeo but a different type and that's 44 min's long. So'll have and hour and 4 min plus i'm gonna clean my closet and that's a lot of bending down. SO How did I do

Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Alright so I'm on the elliptical everyday for an hour. I burn around 530-560 calories per hour on the elliptical and my legs look amazing. I have a few questions on toning though. Like for shoulders what are good exercises?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 184 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I'm Erica! I've been trying to get myself to lose weight for a little while now, but I just can't stick to it. I end up gaining more weight because I can't stop eating. At night I watch TV in the kitchen so I can sneak food. If I try to watch TV in the family room I'll eat food from the pantry (which is in that room). I just love food too much! I eat food even when I'm not hungry, but I never actually feel so full that I feel sick. That's probably why I can keep eating unlike people who are at a healthy weight. I don't know when I'm full! This is probably because when we eat regular meals I'm not usually feeling starving, so when I am done eating I feel no different. Does that make any sense? I hope so. I don't know what to do. I've thought about only eating when I'm hungry, like hungry enough that my stomach is growling, but I realized that wouldn't work because I am either at camp... (view more)

And i would like to change for it. i want to be healthier and have more self esteem. i just started eating a salad with alittle cheese,and italian dressing and water with lemon in it. i walked 6 miles today across town. so that was my exercise. Does anyone have anything else i can do. like meal plans,exercises that can make me loose 15 pds by august 29th. thanks so much

Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Wow guys... I am so happy.. it's been a week since I got started back on my diet, and I lost 3 pounds. I know it's going to slow down in a little while, but I am just so happy to be losing weight.... cuz I was really stuck... I'm also really excited cuz this is the least I've weighed in a really long time... like about 3 and a half years... (I seem to be really good at maintaining my weight) I just wanted to share the excitement with you all... and good luck to everyone today with it being the 4th of July... I'm sure you all can do good. :)
