Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I'm in desperate need to lose weight. I've been like this since I was inn the 4th grade, and I'm sick and tired of it. I did weight watchers, and lost about 15lbs, but it came back on when i got busy with school and couldnt attend meetings. i need major motivation, so does anyone want to have a competition to see who can lose the most weight by the end of summer, around early september? i think it would be fun! just reply and ill get back to you.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 205 lb - hey today for b.f. i had:blueberries with whip cream, two bites of a biscuit, and 3 bacon strips, for lunch i had: a veggie burger(no bun) with diana sauce and some red peppers for dinner i had:1.5 spring rolls, a few bites of peanut noodles,1.5 chicken breasts some rice and veggies, i did 45 burpies (these jump push up thingys) and 20 monutes on the treadmill how did i do?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 126 lb, Goal: 105 lb - yeah!!! i just measured my self and i'm 2 inches taller than i was in january. i also weighed myself and i'm 3 pounds lighter and took my measurments and i lost 2 inches around my hips and waist.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 134 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm really really dumb because I skipped lunch the day before yesterday and I liked that my weight was goin down so I skipped lunch yesterday cause I didnt it to go up again, and now I'm so afraid to eat lunch because even though I want to, I'm afraid I'll gain my weight back and I'm just so close to my goal for the summer and being a healthy weight and all that stuff...but I've decided I'll eat a light lunch and just go with it...I'll prob. gain more weight though, huh? Ahh oh well. I'd rather be able to eat and maintain a weight, you know? Ok just venting XD Thanks guys, good luck.

Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb, Goal: 155 lb - hey ive been on here like a million times doin a million diets. i just need help. i never! stick to a diet, its soooo hard. and the worst part is that i want to be a dietitian and i cant be a fat dietitian! i realllllyyy need to get healthy. any tips. and just for reassurance yesterday i had B- egg beaters, grits, wheat toast with one pack of promise margarine, it had 3 grams of fat and .5 saturated. L- veggie burger, a plum, and a cup of watermelon, D- chicken, 2 slices of rye bread 160 cals. (i kno i could of done wheat but we ran out) :[ its a chicken sandwhich that i made and it had lots of romaine lettuce with two slices of tomato and 2 teaspoons of fat free dukes mayonaisse- 10 cals and with that i had 10 cherries. for dessert i had a cup of cantelope is this ok or should i have more veggies than fruit cuz theres so much sugar in fruit. i also had like 5 bottles of water. and i was working outside some and i also had to go to work where i do alot! of walking. k im desperate. i need help! ahhhh :[[[

Ht. 169 cm, Start: 77 kg, Today: 68 kg, Goal: 65 kg - listen to me the ONLY way to lose weight is to eat about 800-1200 calories per day and exercise thats why 95% of the diets fail people think they eat too less when they eat too much no snacking and about 10 hours of exercise per day  (Note: 169 cm, 68 kg is 5'6", 149 lb.)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 143 lb, Goal: 130 lb - (Actual weight=136) Yay, I lost another 3 pounds. Well, actually more, because I got back up to 146, but I've lost 3 pounds from my lowest weight. I just can't believe how close my goal is! I know that everyone here can reach their goals!!!
