Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm going on vacation from 2 weeks today. And I want to lose 5 more pounds. This is what my usual day is. Wake up around 10-12 in the late morning, eat breakfast, then at 1 or 2 or 3 eat lunch, do 30 min or more of soccer then, later after supper which is around 5 or 6. Then me and my grandma take a 30 min or more walk. Then later on in the night I do whatever exercise I feel like doing. So is this going to help me lose 5 pounds please help

Ht. 5'7", Start: 300 lb, Today: 213 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey well im gonna tell u wat happened yesterday we went to six flags to see a concert to start the day we were in the waterpark going up and down the stairs lol and then at the plain white t's concert i was jumpin up and down so i guess i really did get my exersise yesterday with out going to the gym after the concert i was sooo tired for jumping for like 2 hrs it was awesome it was one of the best concerts i have been 2 bye byez ne questions comments email me at sportykrista189@aol.com

Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys im back on track and weight 135 now. I got this great book today, The Diet for Teenagers Only by Carrie Wiatt and Barbara Schroeder. Gives you great advice and even gives you a 7 day meal plan and some exercise routines! Recommend it. Once I get back to 130, im going to try them out.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I kept my promise to myself. I didn't eat last night after working out. And to answer someone's post from earlier. I shouldn't eat after working out because I finish working out at almost 11. I guzzle water and go read after doing some crunches and stretches.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 297.5 lb, Current: 283 lb, Goal: 180 lb - I feel like I ate too much today. I had half a tuna sandwhich, half a quesadilla from taco bell, a serving of fish with a tablespoon of tartar sauce, about a cup of fried zuchini and yellow squash mixture with half a tablespoon of cheese, a few cucumber slices and about a half cup of pasta salad. I only drank diet soda and water. I know I need to get more fruits and veggies but as far as calories, did I eat too much? I feel kinda grossed out like I pigged out or something.
