Ht. 5'2", Start: 149 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone. It's been a while since I last posted. I've made some major progress since I started, even though the weight loss has been slow. Technically I'm down to 141.6, but I rounded it to 142. I still don't really see a difference in how I look (especially when I sit down D:) though. But the numbers don't lie. I've also found it easier to eat slowly, like when eating pasta only eat one or two pieces at a time. You might seem hungry at first but you'll get used to it. I've also gained an addiction for the Right Bite 100 calorie snacks (they're amazing. Buy them xD). It's really freaky. I'll post more as I progress toward my goal. =]

Ht. 5'2", Start: 174 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Anyone have tips for getting a flat belly QUICK (as in like 3 1/2 weeks)??? please help!!! Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 120 lb - OK I'm back on track. I was 146 at the beginning of the summer. I was doing great and I got down to 130. A vacation threw me off totally and I gained like 10 pounds, so I was back to where I started. Now I'm finally back on track and I'm just hoping to be back at 130 before school starts, which I know is a reasonable goal. Once school starts like I've said repeatedly lol XD, I'll be able to start a schedule for food and I'll be taking yoga and pilates and MAYBE even horseback riding! Which would rock. But yah I hope everyone is doing great and hanging in there :D

Well I started doing more exersise now I'm doing 30 min in the morning on sculpting.and 1 hr in the afternoon on areobics and then 1 hr of cardio and 30 min of musle training and then 45 mins of run/walk/bycyle at night its the 3rd day I've done it and my bones really hurt. Do u think its a good workout to lose fat also

Ht. 5'8", Start: 206 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 164 lb - Ok beware this is how i lost 30 pounds in 2 months!! ok i went on a strict diet (im talking about LOADS of veggies, fruit and lean meat)(ALSO MAKE SURE U FIND THE CALORIE CONTENT OF SOME FUITS AND VEGGIES U DONT KNOW MAYBE THEY COULD STORE ALOT OF SUGAR BUT THERE STILL GOOD FOR YOU JUST DONT EAT THEM CONSTANTLY K) that never really extended 1100 calories and i went on a strict exercise routine im talkin about buring more than or about 1200 calories in 2 hours using elliptical machines and weight training making sure i was in my target heart rate zone (MAKE SURE U TAKE A BREAK EVERY HOUR OK) and i ALWAYS knew i was going to make it through put the icing on the cake and made me succesful!!! GOOD LUCCK GUYS!!!!!!!!! OHH I FORGOT TO MENTION DONT FREAK IF U END UP BINGING ITS WORTHLESS EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES JUST REMEBER TOMORROWS A NEW DAY!!!!

I read an somewhere that it is because meat and dairy (what vegans don't eat) are harder to digest and break down than fruits, veggies, and carbs. Do you think this is a good idea? You still get protein from soy products, so that's not an issue. Does this sound like a good diet? Please give me your opinion.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Alrighty so today I thought I did bad with exercising and eating but when I put it all on my calorie chart in Fitday .com it was ok. so for breakfast I had oatmeal w/ 1/2 an apple, lunch- cottage cheese,watermelon, veggie boca burger, and a rice cake, snack-a peach and a skinny cow 140 calorie ice cream sandwhich, dinner-cottage cheese, 10 baby carrots, 6 strawberries,a rice cake, and a low cal tortilla w/ laughing cow cheese wedge(35 cals) and 2 slices of turkey. I added it all in my counter and it was only like 990 cals altogether! I though it was way more. And for exercising I did 2 30 min. pilates videos and 30 min. on the exercise bike and i went to the fair so walked for about 3 hours. I burned around 700 calories. Does the counter always work right? Did I do okay today?

WE walk all day and we go swimming for about 3 hours a night. I'm afraid that once I eat one bad thing that whole vacation is gonna be ruined. PLease give me some tips on how to do good on vacation
