Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 137 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys! Well, ive been busy this week, srry for not posting. I had to go to a concert on tues. i had a concert on wed. on thurday i had to do some of my report, fri-sun went over my bffs house ad had to finish my 1000 word report, it turned out to be 1,200 word btw hahaha. so in stead of me bouncing between 137-138, i bounce between 136-137 =) only 12 pounds to gooo!woo! only 110 more days tomorrw till i might get to see michael... i think im over him, but im not sure lol.... mhmmm i need to drink alot mre water... pretty soon were gettin our pool opened! yaay! but its honna be a couple of weeks before it warms up hahahaha... gotta love pennsylvania! OOOOH! so last night i was on thi chat room thing, it was a video/ text chat... but anyway there was this guy named Mason he was 16 and he was from canada OMG he was sooo hot lol! he kept on say tht i was pretty and stuff like tht... Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - Ok so I have never been thin just average. But then I stopped sport and I knew I had gained some weight. When I went to the docs yesterday I was weighed and shocked to find that I am officially obese, and I feel so down. This new fat world I've entered is weird to me, please help anyone who has had a similar experience.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - Ugh ok so I've been eating unhealthy and have been gaining weight like crazy. I think its because of stress between my parents because they're divorced but anyway I feel like it interferes with my dancing and horse backriding and so tomorrow I'm gonna start exercising by starting to run again and I want to be 130 by next year because I'm gonna start competeing in dance... hope everyones doing well!!

So at the baby shower on the 5th, i kinda messed up a bit. I had a bowl of fruit saldad and celery for an apppatizer. The we got to go up for the ligit food. I divided my plate into 3 sections, 1. roll, 2. Rainbow salad,( it has itailian dressing, various color noodels,brocli, and olives! 3. ziti. But i was good up untill dessert.... I had like 10 little creme puffs, 6-7 cookies, and alot of mints but they were sugar less, and then i had a cake pop. =( grr! oye! Anyway.... im glad that schools almost out because im gonna lose 12 more pounds and become 125, but i might want to be around 115. As of right now thats 22 lbs away.... i think im gonna do it little at a time.... only 13 more days till im out of school, which really its 12 because the last 2 days we have 1/2 days....(view more)Heyy guys! Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - This is my first time posting. I have had trouble with my weight my whole life, but kept it under control until last year. I got very sick and gained 50 pounds and now I am trying like crazy to lose it. My problem is that I can't seem to stop my emotional eating and I am not sure how to, because my willpower just is not enough sometimes. Tomorrow I am ramping up my efforts and hope to be at my goal weight by January. My family does not eat very healthily and that makes it hard to stay motivated. Any tips on how I can stay motivated, even when my parents go out for dessert?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 111 lb - I'm starting my 18 week plan! (It's my own plan I created so I can be at my best in when I go into soccer in the Fall) Basically, I increase my running distance each week until I can run a 20k race (Thats 12.4 miles) without stopping. In addition to that I will be doing 1hr step ups, 30 minutes weight training and will jog with my dog Faygo, which the distance will also increase each week. I should be losing 2-2.5 pounds each week until I reach my goal weight of 111lbs. I'm really excited and can't wait to get going! -Maddie <3

Kil, you weigh 170 lbs. Sorry I am not very comfotable emailing strangers.. Kail what I advice is eat small healthy portions, and drink lots of water, start excirsieng very slow, like light carido, and walking, slow running, jog, you can lose 15-lbs during the summer!!! what I do is, if I am going to binge I go grab for my sugarless gum, or I go call somebody on the phone,, changing your eating habits is imprant,, drinking a lot of water helps,, don't give up.
