Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 156.2 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 105 lb - I found at a BMI chart is really helpful to know if I a really overweight or close to a healthy weight I really suggest that you look at how tall you are and use the chart it's an excellent tool to decide your goal ... And it's easy to find just go into google and type BMI chart and go to images and youll see it :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 104 lb - I got back on track Friday!! I was going to walk my female dog today. Well it was raining and muddy.. Tomrrow.. I will start.. Im afraid of going on the scale now because gained some weight back.. I hope it is not 162 pounds..
159 pounds would be a great fresh start. Becuase that way I can push myself more!! if I can lose 3o pounds in 3 mounths that will make me 129 pounds!! by end of June 119 pounds I want to lose 1-2 pounds a week! I am starting fresh like the flowers that grow in the spring!! I am going to move around more! sit less which I been doing not a good thing! want to improve my heart beat! I want to lose 10-15 pounds by the time I go see my doctor !! I am definly going to work very hard this time!! I know I can do this by will power and support!! I really appicted it !! girls.. I have goal to be a size Juniours 3)4) by early June! by mid June 108 pounds!! = girls 18)20) Xl

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 108 lb - Okayyyyyy so I've been doing okay the last couple days. Tomorrow is my official start date. I need to lose 40 more pounds by August (Before I go back to school). Doing really good academic wise, applying for this award that I'm eligible for since I've done 100 hours of community service last year.
Went fishing with my dad and brothers and sisters at our community park last night and I caught a 10 pound catfish :) We fish for fun only because were vegetarians.
Any-who, I gotta go to my siblings homeschooling P.E. class in a half an hour (WALKING UP THERE) so GTG!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I've recently gained a new addiction: Pinterest. Good thing about it, it does have excellent fitness tips. Bad thing about it is they also have a lot of FABULOUS looking recipes on there...haha, stay strong! Anyway, I found this thing that has a daily workout plan and does different stuff each day. I've done it for the last 4 days and it has been nuts. I never adjust and the next day I always have felt sore in my abs or arms. It's a pretty serious thing. I'm also gonna pick up my running again. My mom gave me an arm band thing to hold my ipod in while I run, so I look forward to getting back on the tredmile (not goin' out side yet, burrr!) Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 130 lb - I haven't been on here since NOVEMBER! Crazy! I've done pretty well...haven't lost any weight, just maintained. The last couple days I've just been eating so much bread, cookies, brownies etc...It's killing me. I work at a fast food restaurant and I am constantly not eating very good food. I've got my mom involved as she too is trying to lose weight. So we've decided to work out together and do better at following the Weight Watchers plan, and drink lots and lots of water. I'm renewed and excited to start afresh - because right now I'm not feelin' to great. I am excited to get back on here after such a long time and give and receive motivation and support!

Ht. 5'11", Start: 184.5 lb, Today: 177.3 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 176 lb - sooooo from last yr, i have gained about 5 pounds which isn't thaat bad. but this year i really hope to get to my goal of 140! the past few wks i have been really dedicated so i hope i will lose the weight. good luck to u guys!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - Ok so the first week of march I'm def goin to start to lose weight! I keep saying I will and then don't! Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 148.5 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Ugh! I keep telling myself "I"m going to excersize" but I never do! I'm afraid to go on the scale, because I know I've gained weight. My legs look so big and it actually turns out that i'm a n inch shorter than I originally thought, so my bmi is even higher. I want to say I'll start fresh tomorrow, but will I really? THis is so frustrating! I want to look good for Spring Break, but I don't know if i'll make it! I thought I was fat at 130lbs, now I would do anything to be there again!

I know you can do this with eating small healthy portion sized by excirseing , carido, strenth training, walking, DVD workoouts there is a book called The Diet for Teengers Only book!! if you advice about teen weight loss.. It is a very popular book. I better get a copy at Barrns & Noble because it is going out of print.. Im thinking of buy it soon.. I went from XXL last March !! to XL.. But hopefully I can lose 30 pounds by June!! that 4 mounths!! I got plenty of time! I am not going to waste 3 mounths !! there no way.. once I reach 104 pounds or even closer I will share my sucess story!! and how I lost the weight!! that my goal.. But I will find a way maintain it !! that harder as I heard.. I want to look good in a tankin or one piece swimsuit!! have a flat stomach instead of a round one...

I kinda need tips on how to lose weight. what helped yall? the most i have lost once was like 5 pounds. then i quit. i get too frustrated cause i want to see results fast but ik it doesnt work that way. and i usually eat when im frustrated and stuff. and my bf doesnt help much with the frustration. i love him to death and he loves me the way i am. but he can get irritated easy and take it out on me. which frustrates me. and he wants me to lose some weight cause of some things that run in my family. or things that could happen. my mom has high blood pressure problems that im already starting to get. my grandpa has has 4 heart stints. so i really need to lose weight. but i just dont really know how. and when i try i give up cause i get frustrated that its not working

ANYWAY-- i will never be the same since my heart was broken but im fine.Im living my life,still breathing but im okay.I went over my friend`s house (Amanda) and we decided we serousilt ate going healthy,together. I bought myself protein bars-- Luna, Fullbar, and something else i can`t remember... Fruits to make smoothies, Yogurt, Yoplait yumm, and sobe life waters! Worked out alot this weekend and i,m doin good i guess... but elpticals are awesome!!!
Okay well thts bout it my nwest goal is by march 10th to be 139lbs or lower...

No way..I got a pink and black swimsuit I want to wear by June for my teen pinic I just want to get movtation back!! but how? I need help to get motavtion for excrseing I don't have trouble keep portion size .. But excrseing I can't keep myself motavited help!!!!
