Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 148.5 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - SO, I've had a revelation you guys, and ephiany. I have no control over my food-life. Like, seriously, food controls me. I think about food ALL the time. This weekened I went to this persons house to babysitt and I literally sat on their couch and just ate for two days. It was ridiculous. I come home, step on the scale and guess how much I weigh? 150lbs. Then I weighed myself in the morning and I weighed 148.5 Which is two pounds less than 150, but still ridiculous. I started this weight loss journey on November 1st, 2011 at 143lbs and instead of losing weight i've gained 5lbs! Well, yesterday, I decided that things needed to change. I made an appoitment with my doctor and i'm going to start excersizing and eating right again. No cheating. I'm keeping my weight journal on my phone, because it's always with me, so every little morsel of food goes down. I really want to change and my goal is to lose 14lbs by April 1st.

I'm finally 13 so i can post on this board.I've been using this site for about a year now but haven't really posted anything. My mum says that when i'm 13 i can!! Any way i'm about 146 lbs. I should tell you all something that at school the other day we had a weigh-in. I lined up in the hall with all the others. You went behind a curtain but they called out your weight for everyone to hear. When it was my turn i stepped onto the scales and the nurse looked horrified. Then she told me to take of all my clothes untill i was in my underwear. They took my measurements and now i need to go back every month to weigh in!! Anyway i was wondering Jessica do you have your story on the my story page? Because i would love to read it!! xxxxx Love you guys!! xxxxxxxxxx (Note: 10 st 5 is 145 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - I hate how I weighed 175 and then lost 15 pounds and went down to a size 12 but then after summer I let myself go again and gained almost all my weight back from and am back in a 14... its so frustrating :(

I have some sucess stories Teens have lost weight and got to their weight goal and kept it off by keeping their good habits and bad habits gone.. Remember small portions drink lots of water. So this is my meal plan for today and exercise :) Breakfast - One of my sisters Special K Protein meal bars (SSOOOOOO good!) Snack - Carrots and salad, no dressing Lunch - 1/2 can Campbells Tomato soup, 3/4 cup veggie beef Dinner 1 serving of whatever my mom makes Exercise 1 hr walking my little chihuahua Mini 2 hours step ups while watching My 600 pound life or maybe Avatar instead (Tonight ._.) 30 minute biking with my sister Biancah Water - 10 cups I've pledged to only watch TV when doing step ups, thats like an extra 2 hours! LOL So how's everyone doing?
