Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I feel great wearing a size 12 pants! my goal size is an 8 I was remembering my days being 165 pounds at age 14 years old. 5'2 that was horrible. I refushed to listen that I could never fit into a size 9(10) Juniours I want to be back into to that size 7(8) would make my stomach flater ! 3)4) Juniours would make me weigh 118 pounds that will mean I will have 14 pounds to reach my goal! I want that this year! I am tried of being fat ! I still picture myself being healthy every day. I had a dream that I reached my goal and my sucess story was on here! it was June)July 2012! I was dreaming. I want that to happen.

All soda is bad for you it doesn't matter if it has 10 calories or 100 calories most people that are on a diet have 2000 calories per day. Even diet soda is bad for you just think about it. I did a little research and found this
Carbonated water (plain water infused with carbon dioxide
Caramel color (natural additive to create color)
Natural flavors (often citrus flavors for added taste)
Caffeine (diuretic and stimulate that can be addictive)
Phosphoric acid (chemical that adds tangy or sour flavor by breaking down starch to sugar)
High-fructose corn syrup (no nutrition, lots of calories)
No matter if you drink a regular or a diet soda, you'll find that drinking one or more a day will cause a 30% increased chance of gaining weight... (view more)

I am not a binge eater ever since I came on here! I almost srank 3 pant sizes! and almost 2 shrit sizes! can't wait to be in a size S Juniours! or a size 3 Juniours pant size! girls plus XL 18! or 16-14 L girls plus! please girls don't drink only liquds that only healthy since you are growing so please don't do that. Because there were times I would not eat much for a week my male friend James was getting worried about me I would eat one piece of meat,and not finsh it .. Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - These past two days have been somewhat sucky and by somewhat I mean pizza was involved and pizza is delicious. I'm not going to bother with yesterday's intake because I don't feel like trying to remember, but today! BREAKFAST: Half of a pb&j (with measured condiments) and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for protein. LUNCH: Lunch was more like "snacks" because I volunteer 10-2 at an animal rescue on Sundays, and we don't get food breaks. Lol. But a pumpkin Clif Bar and quite a few mini quiches. Dinner: Three small slices of cheese pizza, and one slice of cheese bread. Honestly- this is better than if I wasn't trying at all. But it is not a high point, either. CLEARLY. Oh well, now that school is beginning tomorrow, it'll help get be back on track. Gosh darn weekends! Lol. Oh, and my only form of exercise was hanging out with cows. But that does take a bit of energy c:

I'm planning on playing lacrosse or soccer this year, but I won't be able to unless I get my physical and I'm too scared too because last time I went the doctor was all happy for me becuase I like lost a lot of fat and got leaner and lost some weight, and now i've gained a ton of weight and i'm afraid of what exactly I weigh or what she's going to say. She's going to mention how I'm overweight now and un-healthy, so i'm kind of putting it off, but I need one or else I can't play!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Do any of you guys know of exercise routines that you can do well your sick? I been sick since Friday and I haven't really been able to exercise that much cause I will start to feel worse and when I'm sick I eat really little snacks/ meals all day and I've been gaining weight. If you guys have any tips on exercising while your sick please let me now!!! Because all of this gaining weight back is just making me feel worse :(

Ht. 5'2", Start: 132 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 122 lb - So I've been tryingto get in shape for months, even years but it gets hard. I try to excersise and watch what i eat but i get lazy and i get carried away when i start eating. So i basically need help with excersising routines and help with what i eat. Plus in school for term 4 i have swimming so i really wanna get in shape for that. Also, everytime i have a doctor's appointment he says i've gained weight and that dissappoints me. Next time i want him to tell me that i've lose weight :)

SOOO yesterday i was thinkin to my self,why the heck haven`t you lost ten pounds yet?Then i reaized, im a good healthy eater,but im not execising!!! i have 18 pounds left till my rockin bod,BUT, im splitting them into mini goals,ok sooo here it is- jan 30 3lbs,feb 14, 5 lbs, march 6th 5lbs and finally march 20 first day of spring, 5 lbs.I will post on those days as a weigh in, and ill weigh in at least once a week,gotta go do some reseach so byee!

Ht. 5'10", Start: 214 lb, Today: 204 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 155 lb - You know those days where you never want to stop eating? Yeah, welcome to my day. Lol. Oh well, INTAKE TIME! Breakfast: Asiago bagel from Panera and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (for protein), Snack: Jamba Juice Pineapple something-or-other smoothie (which I know is just terrible amounts of sugar but my really cute friend Mikey invited me during lunchtime and I really wanted to go with him lol), half an orange bell pepper, and a serving of snap peas. Lunch: Chicken tamale with a side of grapes. Dinner: Grilled chicken and a small side of rice (because it looked soooooooooo good omg). Dessert: One slice of multigrain bread with peanut butter and honey with a glass of milk. I'd say it's pretty good for one of THOSE days. And I'm hoping to hit the gym within the next two days, as long as snot stops pouring out of my nose and I can stop coughing ahaha

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 61), Goal: 105 lb - Aye so o have been eating less than 1000 calories a day and I work out for an hour every day and I don't eat junk food, my parents are calling me anorexic now because I didn't want to eat take out pizza, instead I had toast, I'm jw if it's ok
To eat stuff like that once in a while, and if you guys do or just avoid it completely

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 109 lb - Well, I gained back 1.5 pounds :( Maybe muscle I've been doing alot of biking so...? Hey so I'm posting my meal plans for today :)
Breakfast 2 slices whole wheat toast, (no butter!) 90 calorie Quaker granola bar (Was desert last night, but I was full so I saved it for breakfast)
Lunch 1/2 can Campbells tomato soup, lettuce, carrots, and celery (Sorta like a salad, but no dressing or croutons.)(Saved the other half of the can for tomorrow or a evening mini-meal)
Dinner 1 serving of what ever my moms making
Exercise: Been sick all week :( But still going to take my dogs for a walk :)
Still working on fixing my scale :( My dad keeps forgetting the battery!
My goals each month:
Jan- no goal, just work to Febs
Feb - 139
Mar - 129
Apr - 119
May - 109 !!!
