Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Im new to this site so i dont know what to do really. I am 5'3 and 210 pounds. I want to be skinnier like my other friends are. But im just not motivated enough. If I am, its only for like a couple of days and then I lose it. My weakness is chocolate. If I have been doing pretty good at what I eat for a couple of days, maybe a week. then I start craving chocolate. then i feel bad after I eat some and then i quit. I dont like alot of vegetables or fruits. I eat salads sometimes, buts its only lettuce, Spinich, with some chicken in it an cheese. thats all the salad stuff i will eat. fruits i will eat oranges, bananas, grapes and maybe apples. I Drink alot of diet soda. I only drink water if its freezing cold or with ice. which doesnt really happen at my house. so I dont drink as much as i should. I ont exercise as much as i should. Ht. 5'4", Start: 147 lb, Today: 144 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 125 lb - I'm not doing anything right now, all I do is sit in my bed and play video games. I can't stay on track for anything. I've told myself multiple times to get the show on the road, but nothing is helping. I'm hoping to go running in the summer, cause its cold right now. I hope everyone is doing well, and staying on track unlike me. I probably won't be on here for a while. (Bless your face~ Toby)

I ve drinking lots of water.
Small portions remember Kathy .. Small healthy portions. She is having trouble losing weight. She is a lot worse then Justine. 386 lbs.. I feel bad for her. She can deafeat her obesty by eating healthy portion sized meals and by walking everyday.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 193 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 130 lb - Hey you guys :) I have realized there's only about 3 more months until summertime.. so I need to kick this show into gear! I have already lost enough weight and now I need to work on toning up my body so I'll look better in a bathing suit. If anyone has any tips for me I'd love to hear them, and I'm hoping I will be able to stay on track and keep motivated! Ht. 5'2", Start: 145 lb, Today: 137 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 91 lb - Being overweight stinks as everyone knows it~ Easy to gain but hard to lose. I'm glad this website is so supportive and helpful that I was able to lose at least 4-5 lbs. If I can do it you can too. If those of you are on the verge of giving up DON'T!! Keep going and say "Just a little more" or " I'm almost there" You are closer to your goal than you think when you keep going! Hope this helps <3 Kay Good luck!

I hope you find that this website works just as well as it does for me,(maybe more haha) but im Sabrina im 13 but trust me i act beyond my years,and if you need someone to listen or to talk to just let me know through a post i come on here every night unless im at my friends house!But the first tip i have for you in advance is--
make sure you enjoy life,don`t think of loseing weight as a chore think it of the common thing in every person`s life!more common people try to lose weight then most of us realize!SO JUST HAVE FUN AND LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!!!!
just do me that favor and i promise you will love yourself for doing it!

2. Do you have fat rolls under your bra area? (for girls)

4. Do you have more than one chin?
5. Do people see you in the streets and laugh or give you funny looks?
6. Do you always have sweat patches under your arms?
7. Have you been overweight all your life?
8. Do you ever watch TV and see a really fat person on there and think - OMG that's me!!?
