Because I'm in England, Easter has just passed. Well a couple of weeks before easter my dad brought 6 chocolate eggs from the shops because they were 'cheap'. I have eaten three of them and the rest of my family ate the rest. Also other people in my family brought me eggs aswell(so I scoffed the lot). I'm afraid to say that this had made my weight sky high and i've put on 33lbs!!!!! I'm really depressed but after the holidays my mum's decided that we all need to go on a diet! Also the other day my mum said we needed a 'chat' (you know this is a bad thing). She said that I was getting a bit tubby round the stomach area. I was really embarrassed!!! Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 136.5 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 90 lb - Feeling like rubbish :/ I thought my mum would help me but she doesnt she makes me feel worthless. Whe i do something wrong she shouts at me and calls me ugly/fat/spotty today she says i was never special and she just make me feel horrible. And then later on she acts all normal ? I have thought about suicide in the past but not anymore... but lots of times i have thought about running away but the only that has held me back from that is that i dont think i would survive on my own and i love all my family its just how my mum make me feel, it hurts me more because i love her so much :'(

Ugh,so my brother had a sleepover yesterday and that means pizza, donuts, candy, cake pops, and other unhealthy things. And on top of that, i've been eating like a horse, and I haven't been keeping up with my excersize as much. We're about to complete our first month of Insanity and i've only lost like 3lbs, when i'm supposed to lose like 8-10. This sucks!

I had salad for lunch for the first time in 2 months. Yay me! ----- Hopefully, by next Wednsday, I will AT LEAST be to 169lbs.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 110 lb - Hey so I've been doing bad lately. Back up to a size 10 in jeans. Haven't gained anything but I need to get back on track. I used to do so well and was losing about 3lbs a week and then I started being stupid. Well, tomorrow is going to be a fresh start. Back to my diet: 1300 calories a day, 10 cups water, fruits and veggies, 1 hour step ups in the morning and 1 hour step ups at night along with walking my dogs. Things are going to change no matter what. Food is meant to keep you alive, so don't gorge yourself. When I lose 20 more pounds I'm buying a bathing suit and going to the pool for laps. I'm going to get back on track no matter what :). -Maddie
