I don't think that I would have get out of 165 pounds if I didn't change the way I ate. I would be 200 pounds. Thank Jesus I am not !! ..not over 100's for pounds.. Would like to get under 160 pounds if possible 130 pounds or 127 pounds by mid June!!!

I,am Indian so we always eat rice and so I stopped amd I keep eating it. I walk home everydayfrom skool for 30mins but it does nothong .im to embarresed to go excercise in front of people and I cant afford to get a threadmill. Both my parents are overweight but im obeesed .I sick.and tired of alll the teasing .due to it im afraud to be myself around people. I seriously need help doing this.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 161 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 140 lb - OK, so I know it sounds ridiculous, but chucking out my old clothes was the best thing I have ever done. Being able to tell myself that I'm not going to fit into a size eight (on account of my height) was so motivating. It made me realise that I'm not going to be super thin. I don't want to be super thin, I want to be healthy. Then I went out shopping and bought new clothes. I was fed up with always hiding away in black. Now I have more confidence in myself. I now have a new wardrobe, attitude and new motivation to lose weight :)

Feelin pretty energetic this mornin, in a bit im going to the track do some morning walkin, then im hopefully going to walk bout 1/2 a mile today on the route by my school! then later im probally gonna be dyin my hair so ill just lift weights for a bit! Today im plannin on havin.... Breakfest- lemon tea, oatmeal w/ lots of cinnomon, and 1 peice rasin bread tosted lightly buttered, lunch- lean cusine fettucini alfado with lemon tea and some frozen blueberries dinner- ? i eat whatever is servred, 1 portion, lemon tea snacks- lemon tea, water, and maybe frozen blueberries! alright now that is all planned, ill get to it! wish me luck!!byeeee!::D xoxo<3

I got scared of the calores of soda, the sugar amount scared. And assees.. Ugh.. I made a plan when I lose 30 pounds I will go to delia's buy some new clothes! shorts tank tops! dresses!! swiumtsuit. Depends what style it is!! I will get rid of XL clothing by then!! what do you think of my plan??? want to start drinking more water often.. I wil get T shrits as well. Once I save $115 dollars I will use that money for new clothes.. My goal size is a 7)8) Juniours then 3)4) 1))2) I will jump off when I reach 120 pounds!! Jessica16.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 232 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Ok so I have been dieting for two weeks now and I have lost 7 pounds... but the big thing i figured out about dieting is not just the calories it is the carbs...you think it might be okay if you eat a baked potato with no toppings and all that but it is loaded with carbs... in a day you only want to eat between 30-40 carbs... I have never been so happy with a diet.. in the morning i eat two eggs with cheese... I pack my lunch and I might have a carbanator yougurt which is kroger brand which is decent price a cheese stick (I perfer pepper jack) and some rolled up lunch meat or chicken or tuna sald with very little mayo...and for dinner I would have a decent serving of meat with two diffrent veggies...I also have a snack when i get home of a veggie or cheese and i drink water or diet soda... I also do very little exercise I might do some crunches or go for a 30 min walk but that is it... doing a bunch of exercise does very little you could run a mile without stoping and all you would burn is maybe 100 calories... so i hope with sharing this info I helped some people:)

IM tried of being the fat cousin fat friend.. I don't like trying on clothes ,, because my belly stick outs... I was so sad.. My sister thinks Im fine but I know I am not ok.. I had enough of that.. I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 mounths!! that make 120-125 pounds.. I hate going to doctors because the numbers go up.. Im always crying.. I hate the way my belly stick out and hangs my size 12 pants. Its makes me so sad.. How do I keep myself movated?? I need help!!!!!!! I don't like being in XL Juniours at all. Lei IM XL.. I sick of it...
