Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 105 lb - Hi everyone! How do you do it? Everyone (except for me, that is) is losing the pounds and getting closer and closer to their goal! I just can't do that. My body refuses to shred off my flub and decides to store it and make me sam. :( I feel like it's not possible, like for me atleast. Well, I'm not THAT overweight but still! My confidence is leaving me! I don't wanna be like this forever!! I REALLY REALLY REALLY need help. i'm failing miserably, and I starting to think that I'll NEVER reach my goal. I've read lots of stories on here that you guys have lost like 3 pounds in the first week!! Could somebody help me before I give up and decide that I'm never going to be healthy and happy? This just isn't working for me. And I don't know what to do.... :(

Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 245 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, it's Zac. I've tried to lose weight but keep gaining. My friends aren't bothered about me being fat, even though most of them are thin. The call be blubber boy in a joking way, and always squeeze my flab. I want to lose weight by would be embarrest because after school we always go to McDonalds and see how much each of us can eat. They'd think I'm weird if I don't eat anything. After I usually eat about 4 chocolate bars and some other stuff. I have about 6 fat rolls and aren't too bothered that I'm fat, I'm just wondering if I should try to lose weight. When we go swimming my belly hangs over my trunks, but I'm not too bothered. My friends never want me to wear my top in P.E., and I quite like it when I see my flab giggling. Should I still try to lose weight? I love junk food, and feel really good when I stuff myself. Has anyone got any comments, or should I just carry on gaining? My family doesn't care really.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 129 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 105 lb - OH no! I gained I gained! Ugh, this really isn't working out the way I expected. I wanna lose 5 ibs by Xmas but I doubt that'll happen. What should I doooo? Plz help!!!! I BEG OF U!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, I admit that I'm not THAT overweight but still!! Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 217 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - So last time I got on I told yall I would update every day to tell you how I was doing with my 200 situps a day and 2 miles a day.Well my mom refused to take me to the park to run and I only did 100 situps a day up until thanksgiving day and since then I have stopped dieting AND exercising.Ohh me:(Well I want to start over today or monday which is horrible to say cause then I'll keep putting it off.Dumb holidays:(Comment me and thanks for reading.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 105 lb - Yay! I'm so proud of myself! 2day for school lunch, I only ate half of my pizza and had skim milk instead of chocolate milk!! I REALLY want to eat an AlmondJoy (my fave candy), but I promise myself that I'll eat one when I weight 120. But it's taking SOOOOOOOOOOO long and I'm not losing anything!! Ugh. I'm sick of feeling my stomach fold when I sit down. Haha. I suck it in everyday, it's wierd! It kindof hurts to wear jeans though... Plus, I don't like to go out because I feel so... fat, hehe. But I'm soooooooo MAD right now!! THis is my second of third week trying to lose and nothing's happening. I HATE going out to do activities with other girls my age who I don't kno becuase they're all sticks and I'm a 126 pound potatoe!! You know what else? I'm signing up for ski club with my school and they have to know yor weight!!! Shooooooot!! THis sux. I'm a bit overweight and I'm trying to lose and ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!! Omg! Please plz plz help me!!! I'm COMPLETELY lost. Sorry for my rambling and GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 220 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 150 lb - Progress!!! Finally went in for another weigh-in at the gym. Came in at 175lbs, 32% body fat, and I've lost about 3 inches around my waist since the last weigh-in. So I've lost 15% of my body fat since starting! Whoo!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - hey everyone... so yeah i gained all the weight i lost 2 summers ago, so i am pretty down. my motivation is at like zero and am about to have a breakdown... soon i am hoping to start Jillian Michaels Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism, which will hopefully help. The thing is that i have been out of school for like 3 days so i have alot of h.w and am afraid that i wont have time to workout.. if anyone wants to be my workout buddy. emai me at zacefronchica@hotmail.com.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 182 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - 50 pounds to lose...I've really done good this week though. I've been eating lots of vegetables and fruit - and because it's cold outside I've started to do crunches and push ups before bed and in the morning after I wake up. I think I'm going to start up Pilates again, but not until after Thursday (bcuz we're havin a xmas party). I've noticed I have no problem losing weight or maintaining it. But I easily gain weight too...and usually my 'diets' don't work out because I lose motivation half way and i just say over and over "I'll do it tomorrow." and then I never do. Any tips to help keep me motivated?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - I have got to get control... I have gained fifty pounds in just over a year. I am only seventeen years old... I am terrified for what is to come. I don't want to end up like my mother who spent so much of herself hiding from the world because she was ashamed of how she looked... I don't know what to do. Everytime i seem to get motivated I never follow through. I hate to be a downer I am normally a very happy person, I am just sick to death of watching the numbers going up on the scale and going up another pants size every time i go shopping.
can anyone offer me some help with motivation? I would greatly greatly appreciate it.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 130 lb - So today im officaly starting my plan. More of a work out thing rather than being on a diet. I can never stick to a diet. So my goal is to workout 2-3 times a week and avoid soda and anything too bad. I hope i see some results! Any good tips or advice?
