Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 100 lb - Hiya! I'm Amanda and i have been over weight sense i was about 8 years old. I've never really been happy with myself...ever. I can always find something wrong with me. I'm really out of shape! In gym class I ran from end line to end line 2 times and i was almost out of breath. We have to run back and forth at least 6 times, by that time i'm practically hyperventilating!!! I really want to loose weight but i cant seem to find something to keep me on track. Any tips?

I did not know I was geting overweight oops. I have been fighting this for three years now look I was 161 pounds now lost 5 pounds I use Thomas Edison as my model he never gave up I am not giving up either. I have not been made fun of for a while now thank goodness. When I am sad go outside instead of craveing on food I just started doing track almost two weeks a go. Boys at my chruch are very helpfull they dont laugh at me,, I do jokes when I am borad it is better then eating food. I ask myself does my tummy need more food? the anwser is no usually. My big problem is temptations, everytime I go to a party or family get together I just eat, and eat, and eat... And it throws off my whole diet, any advice on how to stop pigging out, it's so hard to resist my fave foooooods):

Ht. 5'7", Start: 180 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Okay so I used to go on this site alot when I was younger but I havnt been on in a few years. Since I've been off this site I've gained 20 pounds. 10 in the last month. I've been feel very bad about myself and am tired of trying and need to just lose my weight for good. So I'm back on here hoping that having others keeping me focused will help. Right now I'm not working out at all because waterpolo season is over and I'm no longer aloud to swim because of physical therapy. So I'm going to have to come up with a work out plan soon.

Ht. 4'11.5", Start: 151.8 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 100 lb - I lost 6.8 pounds!!! Here's what i did stretches 10 pushups 10 situps walk for 30 minutes i did that in the morning and at night and lost 6.8 pounds in one week. Please post here!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 265 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Well, technically, I'm obese. I have been almost all my life. Docs say I should be at least 135ish but any way I'll be glad to be 200. The last time I was there was probably when I was 11 12ish. So far I lost about 10 pounds, just by eliminating all 'bad foods' and exercising for about 15-30 minutes a day. Good huh?

Ht. 4'10", Start: 200 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I can't believe how much weight I lost in just a week!?! The only thing that was done differently was the way I ate. I changed what I ate at home making it healthy and when I was with my friends I ate a minimum of food. Throughout this whole week I wasn't really paying attention to how I was losing because I was so focused on work, school, and etc. So my thought is... If I could lose that many pounds in just one week with out exercising, how many can I lose if I exercise and eat right? Week 2 of my new life. I do hope everyone else is doing well. =)
