srry havent posted in long time,very busy!n e way,here is me food for 9-2,i dont remember the other days food.... i didnt have brkfst bc it was 6:53 in the morning and i wasnt hungry!lunch,ham on a bun with a little lettus,apple,berry propel zero,1/2 salad with italian dressing.dinner i had meatloaf!dessert i had.....an APPLE!yummm! also i mixed 1/2 cup of oj and 1/2 cup of cranberry juice. :) it was yummy :) ill post meals for today later.OH TWO MORE THINGS 1st ALIZA,OHMYGLOB is what lumpy space princess says from adventure time!lol!i loves tht show!ALSO I HAD GYM FOR 45 MIN AND I HAD TO RUN/WALK/JOG THE PERIMETER LIKE 10 TIMES,20 CRUNCHES,10 PUSH UPS,AND LOTS OF TO THE FLOOR STREATCHING.ALSO WE DID INDOOR SOCCER DRILLS!ill workout today!<3!wish me luck!p.s srry this is long.... ::)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 78), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy...ahh well i was never really 150 lbs..its just it keeps telling me im not overweight hah. which, i dont think i am, i'm just not...skinny. Yeah know? I do NOT look good in a bikini :/ Just quick question for you all, how many sweets do you have a day/week? I'm pretty good about not eating many sweets, but when I do, I start freaking out on myself & wanting to throw it up or run for like MILES to burn it off. Just need some reassurance before I end up with bulemia :/

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I always ask myself when I have money on me, at georcey stores, with candy around,, it gets very tempting, any advice about that? I was at Walmart this afternoon,, I was nervss, my brain was saying get the candy,, I was like no,, I dont need it.. Remeber Dr. Phill says, it is not neaccrey for life,, I use Dr. Phill's tip!! it works very very well!! for me! when my friend is eating chips,, I eat my raw veggies instead!! when my friend was drinking soda I drank water instead,, or low calore ice teaed!! when I was with my male friend James a mounth a go!! I only took the healthy stuff, I had the hambuger plain, with lectuce tomote, and onions,, !! I looked at the sodas this is very tempting for me,, I was very scared.. Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - so heres my food: breakfast: small bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk,1/2 cup apple juice Lunch: salad bag w/ 1 hard boiled egg and italian dressing, fruity thing(50 cal), banana Dinner:2 peices lasagna, a few strawberries and peices of apple, 1 banana muffin, salad bag w/ italian dressing, snacks: a few apple peices

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I am still wanna reach my goal weight by the end of this year, I hope to weigh 125 pounds by Thanksgiving!! + a new sweather=new Jeans!!! and by Christmass 110- and and New Years EVe 104 pounds!! I got plenty of time now!! if I weigh 145 pounds now, I would only have 27 pounds to go to reach 118 pounds!! I would be jumping off the walls !! and I do have a trampoline it is brand new! I jsut have to get it set up!!! I am 5'3 far as I know,, I want to lose more weight!! and we 104 pounds, my doctor told me that a great weight for you Jessica!!! I have an issue with gum tic tacs. I end eating the whole thing, usually, well I ate 3 pieces, Monday night,, I was like what the heck going on with me? I went like man,, I like comac strips, they funny.. One was DJ, listen to my ring tone for my phone, I cant hear anything.
It is silent night..
That was pretty crazy.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! 2day went well! i biked 4.5-5 miles (by force :P -i had 2 bike 2 skool 4 a 1st aid class), my mom took my out 4 ice cream and i didnt eat the whole thing! ...don't know if ive ever done that intentionally...
Melissa, i drank TONS of water literally!!!! -thanx 4 the tip! i divided my weight and i was supposed 2 have about 9 1/2, 8 oz cups- i definitely had more!!! :) heres my food from 2day: Breakfast: 1/2 bowl pb crunch and 1/2 bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk, water, Lunch: matzah brai (its this bread baked only for lk 10 minutes - made w/ scrambled eggs- alittle like french toast), salad bag w/ a few vegis w/ italian dressing,water, Dinner: small clementine, noodle soflay (leftover from yesterday), salad bag w/ italian dressing, banana, water Snacks: most of a small softserve cone( i didnt finish it :D) -had it between breakfast and lunch

Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 148.8 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 129 lb - OMYGLOB!GUESS WHAT!my crush is right next to my locker,and he walked with me till we got out side!!!!:D lol anyway to day was SUPER CONFUSING! but it was fun,i know tht i have classes with all my friends except language arts:( but heres my day :) brkfst i had 1/2 of a carnation shake and an apple.lunch i had 1 cup of milk grilled chicken on a bun,fruit,reduceed fat doritos.dinner i had a chicken sadwich with cheese and lettus from bk.but like 2 hrs l8r i had some mini potatoes and like a 1/4 of a steak:) snackes were an appel and some cheese balls.:) but everyother day i have gym :) I guess that is ok but its all worth it in the end.:) tomorrow ima work out after school :) 2 morrow while i do hw

Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Does anyone take vitamins? What kind. I take a multi vitamin and a vitamin D pill...are there certain ones I should take like B12 or Omega3 ? What would you suggest?

anyway, heres todays food: oatmeal w/ 2%rdcdftmlk and cinnamon sugar, 1/2 cup apple juice, Lunch: 2 hardboiled eggs with 8 crackers(the crackers were 128 cal), 2 small peices of watermelon, 1 cup 2%rdcdftmlk, Dinner: creamet sou-flay (its noodles w/ cream cheese and other stuff), salad w/ onions, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and lettuce w/ french dressing, banana, water
i had so many cravings 2 snack but i didnt!!! :) its so hard tho
i rode my bike about 6 miles or s/t mayb more (for 40 min) then i worked out for an hour, plus i walked almost a mile ...i feel like there shud b some difference! <3 u guys! thanx 4 e/t! and SCOTT- FEEL BETTER REALLY SOON!!! (unless ur alreday better- than just stay healthy! :))

today went well,
brkfst-1 1/2 bowls of honey nut cherrios,lunch i had a glass of milk and 1 fried eggs sanswich(2fried eggs and 2peices of bread)dinner i had 3 small home made baked chicken fringers and uncle bens wild rice.:) wish me luck!<3 lol thxx for the chat b4 aliza! and get better scott.:)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - So today my meals werent so amazing cuz they were mostly rushed; breakfast: 1 bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk and a few pieces cookie crisp, Lunch: strawberry yogurt w/ oatmeal stuff, a fig bar, small cup milk, water, Snack: this trailmix with peanuts and rasins and m&ms and pb choc chips (prob bout 300 cal :P) Dinner: plain bagel toasted w/ a little cream cheese, 1.5 cups milk, water, plum.
I did not eat a lot so although the trail mix is bad- 2day was still alright. sabrina, thanx 4 the workout! it was awesome!!! Please keep postin motivational stuff everyone!!!! it really does help! THANX!!!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 118 lb - I only had one serving of beans and chesse, at my grandparntes, house one serving of rice, also, one cup of coke, and only one slice of cake.. Well I had an upset stomach from the Walmart brand peanutbutter.. It taste gross, my stomach does not like it,, I feel better being a size 12 pants!!! I feel like a new gril already! don't give up,, girls,, I was thinking of walkig to the bridge not far from me,, well it flooed.
My brain wanted me to have a second slice, I said no,, I can live without a second slice,, I did it,, again,, I am trying to reach 118 pounds!! I can't wait for that!! I was worried about gettiing 2 type deitabess,, I dont want to get fat ever again... In my life,, I do tease the boys,, at times,, I want to be a girls plus 14!! that my goal, I know that crazy,, but I can do it!! I know I can!!! Today went pretty good in my opinon,Brunch-(woke up at 10:47 a.m)2 peices of taylor ham,2 fried eggs and 3 pieces of french tost w/little syrup also i had a cup of coffee.(I WAS REALLY HUNGRY!lol!)didnt snack at all but i did have SIP of soda from my sis.For dinner i had two bowls of corn flakes.I didnt exrcise on the bowflex bc i was busy making stuff for my locker i need to decorate tomorrow!we have a 2 hr delay bc of flash flooding!(thanks alot irene!)but serousily i hope every1 is ok!wish me luck!<3 :D
