Hi! Im 16. I used 2 weigh 196, but i lost 14lbs. Recently Ive been binging and gained 7lbs!!!! Im finding it really hard to stay motivated, and am starting to get picked on at school. Ive never really been that unhappy about my weight, but I cant live like this anymore. 2moro Im starting a new diet. Im gonna devise a plan 2nite. when i was 12 i weighed 155 now i'm 14 and i weigh 135 . i am so proud of my self. soon i will reach my goal to be 120 pounds!!!!!!!

I can't lose weight. for my new years resolution, I said I'm going to lose weight (last year). I'm still exercising, but for some reason, I can't stop eating. Do you have any things I can do in exercising that will help me? (push ups, curlups, etc)

I WIEGH 135 LBS!!!! its amazing, a wieght i thought that id never reach, but here i am, after weighing in at 175 as a child, and 155 as of last year. I decided enough was enough, all junk food for me was completely cut out, the only drink i would have is water, and i did the treadmill for an hour a day, and kickboxing three times a week, 135 lbs, i still can't believe it, im soo close to my dream goal of 120, if i could do it, so can you. I have recntly started working out three timees a week, but I read somewhere that working out with weights before you are about 16 will stunt your growth. Is this true? I've never heard this before.

hey. im australian, an i think im like the only aussie member(note well, australia is near asia) but it dosent stop my extreme fatness. im about 103KG( or 243.4 lbs) and need some dieting advice from the knowledgeable, the experienced or anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'd really like to lose about 34KG(60 somthing lbs) ASAP!!!!! i dont care how, or how long. im to fat!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to remind you guys that if your parents can spare the money, you have the option of seeing a dietician or a nutritionist. They can help you make a healthy eating plan and get you started in the right direction. I want to be a dietician because of the positive expirience i have had with working with and helping people, including myself, becoming healthier. I want you guys to know that you have to be hopeful, or else you have nothing to live for. Losing weight is a major investment in your body, and from personally expirience, very worth while. If anyone would like to know how i lost my 25 lbs, please reply to this and i will help you the best i can. Good luck!

hi all year i have gotten no excersise and i have eaten rotton all year(pepsis pizzas dounutscakes etc...).i stepped on the scale this morning and i weighed 321, i broke the scale because the weight capacity is 290 oh and i am 4'9

ok i looked on the polls a few weeks ago (and i am just writing this now, i know stupid huh? o well!)and it says that most people don't go on the chat room cuzz they r too busy. ok people, i have a pretty busy life and if i can manage time to go on any 1 can! most of u who i see on the bored don't even go on the chat for monday!!!!! y?? u have time to write a lil message but don't time to go to the chat and say somthing like "hey, i need help loseing weight. When you stop eating your body thinks you are out in the desert or the wilderness, with no food, and that it'll be a long while before you eat again, so it stores food to ration off later. That means lots of the fats and sugars you eat get stored. If you eat frequently, even if its just an apple or an orange you could be doing so much more for your body. Starving yourself ruins your concentration, and with school starting you'd want to get into a healthy eating plan. It takes 21 consequetive days to break a habit or start another, so why dont you make an effort to set aside half a day if possible or just a few times a week, before school or after, to do some exercise. Everyone can lose weight, if it was so easy we'd all look like supermodels, im not going to say it'll be easy, but everyone can do it. If you learn to accept yourself then you'll be twice as successful, trust me.

I just wanted to mention that before i was cutting out alot of calories (i ate 1200 a day which i was told was as low as i should go) but i also heard if you cut out to many (like lower then 1600) your body goes into semi-starvation mode and it can make you emotionally unstable and even cause you to gain more weight because your metabolism slows down soooo much so i just wanted to say that you should watch your calorie intake not to much not to little :)

OK well heres my story, I had lost 17 lbs as of before christmas but of course holidays mean food and that means eating everything within reach hehe so i gain back like 3 lbs but i am working on it. On to the rest of my story...I am switching schools next term...my last day is tomorrow and then after exams i will start at my new school. I already have friends there but i want to make a good impression on their friends (make sense?) so i am going to try to lose as much as i can in 2 weeks! (by the way i am 12 lbs away from my goal weight)
