hey, to all of yall, don't diet if its not working for u, go ahead and splurge once and a while, it makes it all worth it. Kelloggs has Special K ego waffles that are to die for, with no fat. Anywayz, im about 5'6'-5'7, and 133 lbs, splurging once and while, surprisinly has helped me lose wieght. thats because u don't feel deprived and have that warm fuzzy feeling that comes from good comfort food-and u don't overeat, u don't binge. Im still not at my goal yet, which is 120 lbs, but i know ill get there by this summer. Ive started running about 20 minutes a day, which is 2 miles. Two or three days a week i do kickboxing . the key to losing weight is to -EAT- yes -EAT, AND exercise, it all goes together. Eat healthy and its gauranteed, no matter how much u think u may eat, u'll lose weight. Ive lost 20 lbs so far, and im so phsyced cuz i know, if i push hard, -by this June or July, ill have my dream body.

Hey! I'm 15 and not like everyone else! Everyone i know weighs prolly 125 er so i weigh 147!!!!!!! that is way too much, i mean im 5'4, which isnt very tall so it just doesnt go away, what do i do , im going crazy, diets suck bc i cant stay on them, help ireally need help, i mean am i the only person like me er what? well write back plz with tips if ya could :)

hey people. I've lost 2 pounds this week by eating healthy food, and not pigging out on that. You know what? I had a bagel and butter for breakfast this morning, and a cookie after school, and I'm still 118 when I used to be 120! I've also been doing a ton of running around and sweating, because of soccer practise and play rehearsal. And at this rate, I'll have reached my goal in 4 weeks! Yippee!

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me, i really need to tone up my arms, quick! i have Prom in a week. I go to the gym twice a day. But i was just wondering, if anyone did anything at home for your arms that you could tell me about, thanks :)

Just for you guys to know, you're all very beautiful, no matter what you look like. In God's eyes, he thinks you're the most beautiful person in the world. People make fun of you for being diffrent, but you should know better than them. Lose the weight and become as beautiful as you want on the outside, stick with your diets and then those people that made fun of you'll want to be your friends or go out with you, but don't be friends with people that shallow. Stick with the freinds you're with now, they'll help you through it all. ;)

Hey guys, I'm just here to give ya'll a 'Calcium update': Calcium is really good for you, it gives you energy, keeps your teeth pearly white, keeps strong, hard bones and prevents fingernails from breaking. You can get calcium from Milk and any other dairy products, plus some cereals and vegetables. But you can get too much calcium. So don't be like me, and drink like a whole 1/2 gallon of milk a day. Too much calcium can cause horrible cramps. The other night, I got four cramps in my legs with 2 hours, and it hurt hella bad. I'm now usin crutches because I can't bend my legs, they're so sore. Watch your calcium intake, guys. Note: Lack of calcium also causes cramps.

You might have seen my messages before, but this time I need serious help. I can't stop eating. I figure if I'm able to challenge myself, I might be able to stop. Whoever posted not eating after 7, thanks a bunch. I don't eat after dinner, even though my family eats dinner really late. The water thing really helps at night too. But since I've always chowed down after school, I go home and automatically open the refridgerator. Is there anyone here like that? I feel so balloony everytime I eat, but I can't help myself. At least now I drink enough water.

ok. first of all this goes out to all the people that think they are hopeless and can not lose weight. you can and you will ok...you can. i remember when i was in the 5'th grade and body image struck. i busted my ASS more than any human should. and i only lost 5lbs over 3 months. i thought i was a permenant tankass but i TRIED something last summer and you couldnt beleive how fast and easy it was. But i swear it will not work unless you follow everything word for word. seriosuly. ok. eat 3 meals a day. breakfast should accumulate to about 200 calories. mid-day have soup OR a salad. the soup i has was that powder stuff in the packets- you add water to them and those had about 100-200 calories in them. and for dinner i had either a salad or soup. drink water throughout the day, and TONS of it. it fills you up and flushes out your system. i exercised for about 15 or 20 min a day. i KNOW... Oh my....GOD. please people. lose the fatness for YOURSELF. not so some hottie bo-body will dig you. If there is some guy/chic you wanna date, but they wont date you cuz you be chubbed out, they dont like YOU. as in ALL of you...they are obviously focusing on the OUTER YOU..and chances are- if "the person" doesnt like you now- they wont after you lose weight either. anybody who wants a good FAST diet plan for ppl within the range of- 5'2-5'7 and 155-125 lbs hit me back- i gt one that worked for me- lotta move peace

a great way to get started is to start a wieght loss plan, this website has a free weight chart that will track your weight and progress and reward u for improvements towards your goal, just started one today, and i think this will majorly help me!

Here's a tip for losing weight: Don't just start eating when you feel hungry. I could be that you're dehydrated. You should drink a glass of water first, then wait 10 minutes or more and see if you're still hungry. If so, then consume healthfully! God Bless You!!!
