Hey today I have eaten 2 bannanas some strawberries with no sugar a salad with low fat dressing and cheese a lot of water and a sandwich with lunch spread on it. I have rode my bike around done 50 crunches and 20 leg lifts. I am so proud of myself I havent had cravings either.

Ht. 5'4", Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Hy I'm 15 years old and i weigh 173 pounds I'm 5'4' and I mean everything ids wiggly and I hate wearing bathing suits and mymom is always raggin on me to loe weight and that upsets me cause when she was a teenager sh weighed 110 pounds and was my height so she doesn't uunerstand why I can't lose weight. Today: 168 lb - Hi every one I weigh 168 that means I lost 10 pounds since last sunday. I lost it So I didn't get a chance to put it on the weigh in page it says wait intill tomorrow so I am just gonna wait till next week but I thought I would let every one know I lost 10 pounds in 6 days. I hvae been cutting my food down and not eating a lot and not eating all that junk food. Thanx LILSWEET for every thing you do to help me.

Hey evryone. I just want to say that I think that it's great that you all are here helping eachother. Weightloss is really hard..believe me I know. I am still alittle uncomfortable with my weight but you know what who cares. If your happy then thats all that matters. The movies stars and singers today all look perfect but you know why?? Plastic surgery and digital cameras. The pics in the magazines ARE NOT real!! They are changed, airbrushed. So basically what I'm trying to say is that why your trying to loose weight should be for yourself, not because you want to impress someone or look like someone. We all need to learn to love ourselves. I just want to say that I am incredibly touched by all the people here that are trying to help themselves and eachother. It is really great. Start: 190 lb, Today: 184 lb - Hey! First when I started my exercise program this May/June I weighed 190, by the time school ended I weighed 180 and now that my mom has time we both walk but I have also added so stuff. I go for a 30 min power walk everyday, and do 90 crunchs, 20 leg raises, and 15 push-ups and now I weigh 180-184. I don't know what happened!!!!!Do you think that I have grained muscle from all the walking and stuff? Or maybe when my mom made cookies I ate to many and it made me gain weight. Bi\ut my mom makes the best cookies and they are so hard not to eat. Do you think that if I got a picture of somebody that I want tot look like and put it on my wall would it help with the cravings? I really need the help!!!!I don't want to gain weight, I want to lose it!!!Could somebody help me Please. Thanks. God Bless.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 248 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 150 lb - i need a weight loss buddy! please, anyone who gets annoyed with being fat and has a similar age and weight... i really want to lose like 20 pounds before i go back for my senior year..and ultimately i want to get to 150lbs.. umm i hate/dont unless i HAVE TO (for some reason) wear sleeveless things. i dont wear dresses w. out a shrug. i dont wear swimsuits unless i'm alone, or w. onlyyy family.... i'm so like ashamed of myself. and it really sucks, cause i've lived like this FOREVER. i mean, sure now its better than it was freshman year...but man ..it still sucks. i want to for once go out and shop for CLOTHES...and not just walk out of a store w. only accessories, when they all get clothes :( i also dont want guys to be like totally turned off by my weight...because i feel like they do.... ahhh i need confidence boosters...and umm a weight loss buddy!! at least for the summer!! please reply back 33 my email is reescpz@aim.com or just reply on here...but idk how this thingy works.....so umm yeah... thanks!

Hey All of you girls that are looking for a morning workout listen up! On Lifetime television (the channel) they have a morning workout at 7:00 am-8:00am! You see Denise Austin has a show at seven called Fit and Lite it will warm you up and make you stronger. Then at seven-thirty Denise Austin's Daily workout comes on where you can tone and strength and help you lose. ON there you can also get hygene and beauty tips. Dont get up that early?NO PROB just set your VCR timer for 7-8 and whatever channel lifetime is.(for me its channel 40)and do it when you wake up.I had that same problem too but my VCR timer really helped that problem. Well I hope you all try it and i hope it works!

Ht. 5'2", Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hello there. I am 16, 5'2, and I weigh 203 pounds. I did an online BMI, and I am in a high risk level of obesity. I have tried diet and exercise, but it just isn't heloing my health at all, I find myself tired all the time, and disgusted with myself that I have let it get this far. Is there anything or anyone that can help me? I am desperate, I know that if I let this problem go any longer it will begin affecting my health, and right now, we can't afford that. Please, someone, anyone, HELP! According to doctors, a person my height should normally weigh between 125-140 pounds....I weigh over 65 pounds more than that....And if I gain only 15 more pounds, I will be considered morbidly obese,and I am not even an adult yet! I am running out of options, and will power. Thanks.....Seriously over weight, and scared.

I wear a size 15 but it is starting to get tight so i have this huge gut hanging out and it's sooooo embaressing!Last summer I was wearing bikinis and in a size 5 and over the year i was less active and people are saying how much i have ballooned up in the stomach area and how i eat alot.I put a shirt that i had worn last year and when i saw myself i saw my arms very tightly and my big white belly hanging out.Then I knew i had to lose.
