i've been on slimfast for a week now and lost like 2 lbs already. the only prob is that i want to have a shake for lunch but i go to a tiny tiny private school so if somebody sees me w/ the slimfast bar or shake they'll get on my case and i don't want ppl to know that im dieting cuz its a lil embaressing. any advice?? im just tryin to lose 10 lbs and does anyone wanna be my diet buddy who also just wants to lose 10 lbs???

day one of my diet plan and so far its going good im waiting till 6 to like eat cause the last time i ate was at 11 which was at school and like i drank a lot of water and i have been doing hw and like it really helps cause you dont concentrte on food and like try to stay away from tv or like when a food commerical comes up then like change the channel cause thats what tempts you to eat just giving some advise if you would like to know the plan im on go to page 7 its all there...

Hey Ya'll. I was talking to my mother on the phone the other day, and she told me that if you drink 1 1/2 - 2 cups of water about 10 min before each meal, you wont be as hungry and you can make your body think your full. And also if you eat slow you stomach feels full faster so you dont eat as much. She did this every day for about three months and lost like 32 pounds. But she was also walking the dog every day. So like try to stay active and go for like a thirty minute walk every day. Stay active, eat a little less, and every thing should be fine. I know... I have officily started taking my own advice, caz I wanna lose weight as well. See my post from yesterday. Thanks a bunch for listening... or reading anyway! GUYS, I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM.My mom doesn't let me exercise enough and i hate her sooo
much for this!!!(i have no dad or other family).she's overweight herself and she doesn't care - she says looks are not important, blah blah blah, and i need to concentrate on my academics rather than body. i talked to her, begged her, showed her books about it, did everyrthing possible to change her mind- it doesn't work. she controls my life sooo much. grounds me for weeks, doesn't let me move, promotes sitting.also the foods in our house are usually unhealthy(sugary/fatty).she just won't buy veggies... i consider going to foster home.PLEEZ PLEEZ COMMENT/HELP...

i know its not healthy to lose alot of weight fast, but im a fairly healthy girl i just need to lose some weight fast for a personal reason, then get right back onto eating healthy and gaining the weight back. What can i do to LOSE WEIGHT FAST?

I'm so frustrated with myself right now. I had binged and I am 143.5..well thats what It said this morning. I ran a mile and a 1/2 today..and I walked two miles. I really want to be 115..my goal was 110 but then I dicided I'd rather have a little bit of a shape to me. I'm only 5'1" by the way. I just don't know how the heck im gonna do this. I remember someone saying the lost like 11 pounds by eating all fruits and veggies..and It came off super fast. I need to do something that will give me fast results or I probably won't stick to it. I'm getting a trainer on the 26th so that will help but I would like to get started now. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much guys.

Hey,
I am over weight too, but to me i am not extremly over weight, but my parents make it a chore of mine now to do 100 sit-ups aday or no allowence. I wanna loose weight but its hard i eat just because adn ic an eat all i want i hardly ever feel hungary or full i just eat, and after reading all that stuff about going blind. I never want that to happen or get diabeties i wanna be healthy. So I offically started my diet today! I did 100 sit-ups road my bike a little now i need to do something else. But i want some one to help me coach my self! My life long goal is to find pants easly. You see I am only 5'1 and weight 154pds. So if anyone wants to help (I can help you too thats fine)! I am overweight, but I am trying to lose weight and I have already lost 4 pounds. But anytime I get a new exercise tape I get bored. Does anybody else have this problem?

hi my name is McKylie...im 5'3 and I used to weigh 193 pounds...YEAH THAT'S BIG...the point is I was in denial for a long time about how overweight I really was. That was two years ago.Now I'm a freshmen in high school and I am down to 124 pounds. I still have some shape to me...I don't want to be a stick.I was so UNHAPPY when I was big. Now I get better grades,I have my first boyfriend, and this year I made cheerleader. All I did was act like I had had a gastric bypass. I know that sounds stupid...but it works.I told myself I could only have so and so ounces of food a day and all I drank was water. I told myself that if I ate more than I should...I have to burn it off. So every day after I got home from school,I walked down the road and back.It's about a mile.I also did 10 sit-ups every other day and push-ups every day that I didn't do sit-ups. Hi i'm David. I wiegh 155 pounds and I hate it! I have tried exercise and diet but it doesn't work. My friends tease me about it and I really only have two friends. I fell different from everybody because i am overweight. I do not know what to do. I have tried joining sports teams including basketball but i still am made fun of. The only thing I feel accepted in is school related things including writing, math team, and Student Council. The only problem with that is then I am a nerd. I want to lose weight and I WANT TO LOOK GOOD. Plus all of my friends are going out with someone. The one girl I went out with dumped me within a week saying I was to fat for her. Ht. 5'6, Wt. blah! - how do u stop binge eating without seeing someone. i was looking up signs and stuff online and im such a yo yo dietier. im great for a couple days then i suck then im great then.. yeah. :S. does anyone else do this? and how did u stop. i know its probly emotional..

okay im only 11 and I weigh 185 pounds and im 5'4 I have many friends but they all talk behind m y back which is what I just found about how fat I am im so tired of it I tryed to diet programs and everything! HEY YOU GUYS! A good thing to do is jumproping. I'm 148 pounds, and i do 1000 jumps (which takes me 15 minutes) and i burn aprox. 169 calories. The 1000 jumps aren't as hard as they seem. So eventually, I'm going to work up to 2000 jumps. I listen to music while i jump. And if you do this, make sure you're outside and have lotls of space (maybe at 6:00 in the morning on your front sidewalk/proch.) It makes it hard when you have a ceiling above you. it makes you think you're going to hit something. Now i'm only 148, and i know a lot of you are over that. For 175 lbs in 15 mins. you burn aprox. 200 cals. For 200 lbs in 15 mins. you burn aprox. 228 cals. not that's just 15 minutes! Try it and post on the board if you did.

hi everyone. i have these friends that i eat lunch with, and they are huge. all they buy for lunch is pizza, cookies, and chips/snack foods like that. i want to help them. but i dont want to hurt their feelings, because they are my friends.. what shud i do?
