Hey guys! You know...I think I'm obsessed with this message board...everytime I see a cool site about weight loss I just think, "GOTTA TELL THE PEOPLE AT BLUBBERBUSTER.COM!!!" Lol ok here it is: this morning I did research on Green Tea. A couple lost 25lbs and 33lbs in 5 months drinking green tea without dieting and exercising! Pretty impressive, eh? Now, if you diet AND exercise AND DRINK TEA, your results would be even better, I'd assume. I've read in the past that green tea speeds up your metabolism by 10% on average (3 cups a day). NOW for the second awesome site I've stumbled across: http://www.weightlossfreenez.com/wst_page4.html It's not an incredibly attractive site, but everything makes sense, as it follows the insulin theory. I lost 15 pounds....the problem is i went shopping when i had the weight....Now most of the shirts i had bought are now to big and to wide.....It takes me an hour to pick an outfit out of my closet everyday....Every boy in my class likes me and thinks im beautiful but I just have these days when i can't see my beauty.

i feel like crying. I used to be overweight and i came to this site every single day and i understand what it is like to be made fun of and to hate what you look like..I just want everyone to be careful with the way they loose the weight because if they take the wrong way at loosing weight like i did..youre scarred for life and its not easy to heal and you end up with something serious.ignore people who make fun of you, enjoy life..and stay safe

I just got home from band camp last night and this morning I weighed and I think I lost 2 or 3 pounds! I was gone jun.6-11 and IT WAS FUN!!!! Talk to you guys l8er

u know how pple say that everyone deserves or NEEDS to give ur body a day of resting time for ur body to function? Well, does taht only go for weight lifting? or does is also go for cardio exercises? So, If I did some kind of video exercises every other day, and walked or jogged the other days taht I dont do the videos, would that be okay? or would it interfere with the muscle growing or fat burning time? Hey all. I used to be a fat 'un, just thought i'd share me story. At 15 I weighed 15 stone, so thats about 210lbs. By 17 i was down to 10 n' 1/2 (so 147ish), and i'm still at that. Basically what i did was moved more and ate less. Lol, obviously thats a bit general. Pick a sport/exercise your good at and keep going with it. I could skip, we had a rope in the garden - there we go, daily workout. Food wise, i cut out the crap - crisps, choc, excess sugar on cereal etc. I cooked all my own meals and learnt how to make healthier snacks etc. Just exercising alone isn't enough. Try and get ya family in on it too or a buddy for support. The biggest factor is you have to WANT to do it. Stick with it. If people are giving you grief for being a chunker, dont turn to food, stick to your regime. Likewise, dont go too extreme on the health kick (sicking up/no eating etc). Lol! Thats pretty much it, I need to get ready to go to the bummers club. Tata!!

Though ive posted here about my weight, this is more for my brother, he went away for a month with school on a trip a few months back, and when he came back after 3 weeks, he had gotten huge, acording to the doctor he had put on around 3st and he was as big as me befor, now he has to use a wheelchair a lot becouse his knees hurt, can anyone help with exersizes he can do while in a wheelchair?
