is this the 7 day diet that somone tried and lost 12 lbs ?????????Monday: Eat as much fruit as you wish of any fruits, except bananas. Tuesday: Eat all of the veggies that you wish. Wednesday: A combination of Monday & Tuesday. Eat all of the fruits and veggies that you wish, except bananas. Thursday: Eat 5 bananas and drink 5 glasses of whole milk. Friday: Eat 4 ounces of meat with unlimited green veggies. Saturday: Eat 4 ounces of beef with unlimited green veggies. Sunday: Eat 4 ounces of beef with unlimited green veggies.

Hey...this is the first time that I have everb een to this website. I am 18 and I weigh somewhere between 135-140 pounds and am 5'7. I know that I am not clinically overweight but I have gained weight over the past few months and I have never felt this bad about myself. Honestly, I really want to lose 10-15 pounds and get back to my normal weight because I just can't stand to see myself like this. I am not trying to offend anyone who is clinically overweight or anything but if there is someone out there who is in the same boat as me, I would really like someone to talk to about this. Since I am not clinically overweight I get absolutely no encouragement from my friends or family and when I asked my doctor how I could lose weight in a healthy and safe way she wasnt much help. I just need some support and to know that there are other people like me out there. THanks, Ally

hey, did you know it you figet around all day( tap your fingers, move your legs around, ect) you can burn up to 800 caloires? i found that totally AWSOME.

I have just started my diet three days ago I was 132 and 5'3 and now I am 130! My goal is to get down to 120 and progress from there!! Woo Hoo! lol!

ok few question how many sit ups are in a set how can i lose enough weight wich is close to twenty bound so i can totally make the girls that called me fatty fatty two by four can't fit through her front door at school gasp when the see me and people should not really be on the atkins diet because it put my x best friends grandfather in the hospital

i did awful today!! i had nothing for breakfast and @ lunch i had ramon noodles no snack but like 4 caprisuns and then mcdonalds which i had a cripsy chicken sandwich and french fries and lite lemonade!! this isn't working out for me @ all! i feel so ashamed of my self i'm getting more and more depressed!! but i did swim for about 4 hours today @ the beach and i walked most of the night around the block and before bed i'm doing 30 sit ups! plz someone leave me something motivational! -ash

I lost 30 pounds by mostly excersizing. I still eat too much, but at one point in my weight loss adventure I didn't eat very much and that was when I lose a lot of weight. I think I am gonna go back to that so I can lose weight b4 school. It took me since january to lose that much, but that is better than not losing anything, or gaining! And I don't know how much it takes to get your eye brows waxed,lol, I have never been to the place b4!

Hi i am 5 ft 3 in. and i weigh 140. It is mostly in my thighs and stomach area. I wish to make it smaller, but dread the thought of leaving behind the foods that i love. I am willing to stop snacking as long as i don't have to give up any certain type of food. I eat when i am bored. i don't have any problems with excersing, but i hate the outdoors. My overeating didn't start until i learned how to stress. I need to know ways to lose weight and excercise with out wanting to give up after the first day. That is what usually happens i want to give up after one day . Please i need major advice

Hi I weigh 323 lbs! and I 5"8" In the last month I have lost 2lbs!!! Im so proud!!!! Ok so its not that much but its a start right!!!? I need to know how to loose more, Iam huge and really want to get my weight down!!!

hey i did great on my diet last week and i lost 4 lbs. but since thurday i havent been doing so good, i have still been walkiung every night and eating fruit mainly apples and banana. but 1 have also had, pizza,burger king, chinease and ice cream and i wanna get back on a strict diet becuase i need to lose 20-25 lbs by the end of august!!!!! help!!! TODAY i did bad i had Breakfast- nothing (woke up at noon) lunch- 1 pc of cinimin raison bread (only 80 cals) 1 bagel with low fat cream cheese. Snack- ice cream (BAD) Dinner- 4 pcs of pizza (BAD) and i did a little swimming and some walking. i usially walk around my neighborhood at night but im already in my pj's.
