hi, i use to weigh around 260 now im down to 180, but when i lost the weight it only came off in certain areas, i was wondering if anyone had a solution to love handles... other than food deprivation or a romp through the Sahara desert

WOW!I just got back from the best week that i have had in soo long-at camp. I am know 13 (yeah!)and i feel so great after coming from that, but now at 2:30 in the morning i am longing to go back, as i went from a perfect world to my semi screwed up home. BUrt anyways, i am currently pigging out on a bag of popcorn and feeling great, i ate super healthy while at camp, even though i never had control over what the food was, i controlled what i ate. As well i got a fair ammount of eexcrise, so i am super excited to weigh myself tomorrow. Although it wasn't a weightloss camp i just feel so much more encouraged (lol after tonight at least) to lose weightl, and this time truly for my self, not to impress guys or to be popular but just so i can be myself and feel so proud that I lost it, and can carry on a healthy lifestyle. So hopefully all of you can succeed, good luck everybody! (view less)

Hey guys its me and im really excited because today i finally figured out a way to exercise at my work. Usually i just sit at my desk all day while my co worker takes breaks and stuff but today i got a brillant idea. See the stairs that lead into the lobby of our floor are great for going down but u cant go back up cause it locks you out. So today i went down the stairs to the lobby which is about 50 steps..then i waited in the lobby still bouncing or stepping side to side for an elevator to take me back up to the 3rd floor. Once the door was shut (if i was alone which was most of the times i went up) i do leg lifts or step side to side or a move that i learned while dancing in the musical which swings your legs out to your side. Then i professionally walk across the lobby and go down the stairs again! I did this about i dont 10 times from 10:40 to the top of the hour. Sometimes i even... Sometimes i even went all the way down the stairs to the parking garage which is 70 stairs then walked a lap around the parking garage. WOOHOO! Im going to do this twice a day once at 11:40 and once at 2:40. tomorrow im going to actually count how many stairs i manage to go down and get an accurate number. Isnt that a good idea??? so yah..im excited now i'll shush up lol good luck to all -mandi- (view less)

"I" think that most of my weight is in my thighs, they're HUGE, I swear it. Does anyone know of anything that could help get rid the unneeded fat from my thighs? Because, I know that by doing workouts, they give muscle strenghths, and then my thighs would just get bigger (only tighter), but then they'd start to shrink some, from burning off the fat...right??

I think I did okay today except for my portion sizes. For breakfast I had two bowls of what supposebly is healthy cerial but has 200 cals a bowl and skim milk. Then for lunch I had two penutbutter and fluff sandwiches. Then for dinner I had two bowls of chicken soup. For desert I had half a low carb bar with a lot of calories. It tasted like crap, lol. For exersize I jogged for 40 minutes. I want to do 25 situps but I'm so tirrrrrrrred. should i make myself do them?

to everyone who is thinking about/about to begin/already doing atkins, i really don't reccomend it. i did it for two weeks and i lost 8 pounds, i was so happy and excited, but it really is not all its cracked up to be. atkins is not a diet that you do for 2 weeks, 2 months, or even 2 years... its a lifetime commitment. when i decided to not do atkins for one day, i gained everything back plus 2 pounds!!!!!! do you really wanna spend the rest of ur life counting carbs??? and who would want to deprive their bodies for fruits and grain, which is what it needs.... im not talking about chocolate covered strawberries and white bread, of course those are bad for you!! what im talking about is regular fruits and wheat bread. atkins is a very hard way to live and i don't reccomend it. the second you cheat on it, it knocks your body out of ketosis. so just listen from someone who has experienced it and don't try it unless you want it for life. thanks so much for listening and hope i helped!!!!! good luck!!!!
