Ht. 5"2, Wt. 174 - school starts in like one day...lol...i cant wait im 174 pounds im wearing a size 14 now im trying to get down to an eight...but ive made alot of progress i went from 174 to 203...... in two weeks so.......i didnt make it to my goal this summer but im not stopping yet..lol...well good luck ppl....

Ht. 5'11, Wt. - for those of u who commented about my last post- I NEVER SAID IT WAS EASY TO LOSE WEIGHT!! just to get that clear- i just said that people have a long time to lose weight and shouldnt wait until they think the last minute to lose weight

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Well I decided on having a Tuna Sandwhich for lunch on wheat bread,no mayo but I used a tablespoon of sandwhich spread and 1 egg,i'm still clueless on what to eat for dinner,but I know i'm going to have a salad with it..does anyyyone have ideas? lol

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 goal:150 - How much weight can i loose in...a week? 2-3 lbs right? damn that wont make much of a difference... :(i wanted to look better and feel better bout new school clothes.. guess ill loose the weight during the year.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 330 - i am really overweight i can barley fit into any of my clothes all i do is grab loads of food like chips sweet chocolates and other stuff and either play on the computer or watch tv i once sat in front of the tv for 6 hours and ate and ate and i gained 10 pounds the only time i got up was to get more food or go to the toilet i gain like almost 40 pounds a month i need to loose 230 pounds if there is any else here like me or can help post or email me at nicolericher@hotmail.co.uk

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 145 - This morning I did yoga at about 7:30 and it was refreshing. I cant do it when i go to the beach today but I probably will get some exersize. Yay! I weighed myself this morning and I think I have lost a pound. Im not sure because my scale is an old fashioned one with the arrow and the numbers going up by 10's so i can only estimate, but it looks about 145 pounds.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. around 180lbs - gosh i haven't posted on this site in ages! well i go to ibiza on three weeks on sunday and today whilst at the seaside i brought a bikini! i haven't been in one sine i was like 12 but the thing is my stomach. i still dont feel that comfortable in it, so does any one know how to tone my tum up in 3 weeks? thanks!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 165 - Hey guys, ive read a lot of helpful stuff on this but this is my first time posting. Over the last like 3 months ive been able to lose about 10 pounds just by eating a healthy diet, about 1200 calories a day. But I have another 5 weeks until school starts and I want to lose 5-10 pounds by starting to exercise a bit too(im really lazy right now lol) so I was just wondering if any of you have any tips on much excercise I should be doing daily, like how many minutes of cardio? I dont really like jogging or running so i would prefer to walk but I dont know for how long. Any tips would be great, thanks!! Good luck everyone!
