Ht. --, Wt. 185 lb - Hi everyone, I'm 16, started at 191 then gained 3 and went to 194. Now I weigh 185 :o), I lost 9 pounds. My goal is to be 161 again and I know I can do it because I did it before in 3 1/2 months. Anyone need help losing weight just reply to my message. I'm happy to help just don't ask me about toning up. Well anyways, has anyone used the Ab Lounge? If so, does it work? I'm thinking of getting one and don't want to waste my money.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - I really want to get in shape for the upcomming school year but I only have three weeks and a day to do it! People tell me i'm not fat but I'm really not comfterble with my body, and none of my friends have a body like me, they're all tiny and super skinny, and i've never been like that befoure and I really want to. I looked on the weight calculator and it said I have a risk of becoming overweight when I get older and I want to change that. Ever since kindergarden a lot of class mates would whisper things as i walked by like, "oh my god look at how fat she is!" or "ew she should go exersize more she's never going to get a boyfriend." The truth is i've never actually had a boyfriend except for 2 times. I have an idea for a daily exersize plan and thats to do 50 laps around my pool, do yoga, ride my bike 15... It may seem like a lot, but i'm really motivated and i'm going to push myself as high as I can to accomplish my goal. Ht. 5'5, Wt. 176 - I just found out that smaller hot chips have more fat than bigger ones! So if you choose chips, eat the big ones. Subway sauces have heaps of fat, eat a subway, don't eat the sauce. Make your own pizza if you're having pizza at all. Eat lots of fish ('cause it's yummy and good for you). Take carrot and dip for your lunch. Make your friend go to the gym with you (I did this, I'm teling you it works!) Buy a puppy....and then walk it...or steal someone elses puppy....and walk it. Drop the soft drink, have some soda water (yummy! No fat, no calories, no carbs, no sugar but a pleasant alternative to water)Buy some funky bmusic and get cho' groove going. :D Sorry, if you thought this post was a bit random and demented, but just skip it. I hope someone finds it useful. :) Oh yea, and go ice skating! It's fuunnn!!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - i have a couple questions.how many calories are in a pound?when you exercise are you trying to burn off all the calories you eat during the day for example if you eat 1200 cals are you trying to burn off 1200 cals?last question.whats a liquid diet and does it work and is it healthy?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - hmm..so i think i did ok today except my dinner was slightly large and in charge iffyou no what i mean.. anyhoo brek: kashi cereal and fruit lunch: salad with tuna snack: grapes and carrot sticks later snack: pria bar (health bar 110 cals) dinner: 2 turkey burgers with cheese (1 slice each)..a pickle..a TINY bit of pasta salad..and some baked chips...ill probably have sugar free jello later to..so howd i do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - hey again...do any of you know if the thing on a treadmill that says how many calories you've burned is accurate? I was wondering because mine says that for every mile I walk, I burn like 150 calories, and when I calculate it on the internet it says I should only be burning around 110 but I think this might be because my treadmill has a tiny incline, so does anyone know? thanks!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. around 180lbs - well ive got 4 weeks and 3days until i am back at school, summer is just getting better and today i brought my school trousers i was well happy and plus it motivates me not to put any weight on but to roughly stay the same but tone up. What methods do people know to tone asses and thighs up like in around 3 weeks to notice a dif - cuz am going to be wearing a bikini whilst in ibiza! please post

Ht. 5"6, Wt. 350 - hi, im shelly. i have been obese all my life. in sixth grade i weighed 202, and was made fun of all the time, but other than that being overweight wasnt that big of a deal to me...until today. i was at the movies with my best friend. i tried sitting in the seat, but was squished between the armrests, my other fat bulging into the other seats. i was stuck at the end of the movie and my friend had to help me out. my mom is 150 pounds and pressures me to lose weight. so, if there is anything to help me lose weight let me now, so i'm not embarassed anymore.
