Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - Hi! Im starting High School this year and although Ive never been teased for my weight (Ive even een asked out once or twice) I kow Im very large and I feel like a load of blubber. Im eating low cal no sugar and walking 2 miles a day. Does that sound good?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Eeks tonight we're having pepper steak with rice and gravy,and thats soo heavy in fat and cals,so i'm thinking of putting the meal on a saucer (a very small plate) and have just a side salad to fill myself up.What do you guys think? should something be changed or keep it the same?

Ht. 5' 6"-7", Wt. 147 - So I have one week until school, and all I've managed to do this summer is gain 18 pounds. I started the summer weighing 129 and now I'm up to 147. So I'm feeling really depressed and I'm getting really scared of what people will say about my change. I really want some help, but if you think about it, there's nothing I can do but start dieting. I'll just have to deal with my weight untill I lose it, but damn I really don't want everybody to see me like this.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280 Goal:180 - Hey everyone,hope everyone is doing good today,but today so far I think i'm doing well even though my older brother treated all of our family to breakfast at Bob Evans (just another Dennys) and I ate a senseable breakfast so now i'm thinking for lunch make another Tuna sandwhich on wheat,with alot of water and for dinner i'm thinking of whatever my dad makes but very very small with a salad on the side,and for exercise i'm thinking,just situps/curl ups,jumping jacks,any other ideas for excersises?? please reply
