Ht. 5 feet 6 inches, Wt. 190 (?) - I have been on a diet for 3 weeks and have begun the surreptitious nibbles and quicj bites. Should I just go ahead and take tomorrow as a day off? Like not eat everything but maybe say to myself "OK how about instead of having a tuna salad I can have a BLT with light mayonnaise" and "Maybe Ill have a regular Fudge pop instead of the diet one" And then I could fo back on strict again? So it wouldnt be pigging out but not having to stick to the diet.

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - Funny (success) story: YOu know how excerise is is supposed to become a part of your daily life? Well 3 weeks after I started my 2 mile run I realized that I A)Really like it and B) cant sleep without it!!! That is at least 3 goals accomplished in one!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - Ugh i just got back from the beach and we ate alot of snacks and stuff. I mean, im not mad at myself. I knew i was pigging out. Its just that i wanted to enjoy my 4 day vacation. I didnt want to have to diet on vacation. Thats just wrong lol. But i promised myself that after the trip, i would get my diet back on track. And I plan to do just that tomorrow. (I have done had donuts, chips, and ice cream today) Im sure it will be easy for me to get my diet back on track. Im scared to weigh myself lol

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 121.5 - Hey guys....I just wanted to tell everyone who is trying to loose weight that I know it may be hard and first and you don't realy see results but stick with it and give it your all and you will see results. I was 145 just last year at this time and throughout the year got down to 133.5 but couldn't get past that. With my cruise coming up I really wanted to get down to 120 and thanks to everyone's support here I am just 1.5 pounds away from my goal and don't leave till monday so I'm hoping to loose that 1.5lbs before then. I drastically cut what I was eating and am now exercising for 45min 5 days a week. I am not a huge fan of exercise in like going ot the gym but doing just 30min or cardio 5 days a week and then doing situps/weights in the past 6 weeks I've managed to loose 12.5 pounds!!!
